I will never purchase from these folks again and I dealt with Jones (not some random employee). I insisted that they sell me only what they could get into stock. Three months later I was still waiting for the order to be completed. Poor communication from Jones herself. No attention to detail, follow-thru or concern for my unfinished bathroom. Apparently they have more business than they need. Good for them. They won't be getting any more of my money and I've informed others that they should proceed with caution. Customer service is officially dead with Ms. Jones

We checked out four companies before deciding to make our purchases through Snow and Jones. We outfitted 2 bathrooms. We had several constraints due to the room size and the doorway size. Danielle Snow was able to find solutions to our challenges and source items that worked despite supply chain issues due to covid. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

I was told that Snow and Jones would certainly be able to help me get a replacement sink - which had broken. Staff quickly dismissed me - we don't carry that size - bye.

Had a serious toilet issue and limited time to repair. Old, unique original parts that could not be easily repaired with available parts/kits. S and J did 2 things: 1) tried to help me over the phone and 2) told me to come in and they would do all they could to come yup with a "McGyver" fix. I got there and THREE people all helped me find a solution. I came home and in 10 minutes I was set. Customer service has become a thing of the past in many ways - not at SNOW and JONES! Thanks Guys!

Had a horrible experience at the snow and Jones in Yarmouth location with the manager. A great experience with someone that worked there named Susie but the manager (Josie) was not only rude she was lazy. It started when I was in the back looking at bathroom faucets and she shut all the lights off in the back. I asked what time they closed (because I thought she was trying to give me a hint) but she said "not till 5" (it was 4:15). I could barely see the catalog because of the dark room at this point so I went up front and asked her to help me with shower doors and she basically refused to get up off her seat and computer. She was visibly annoyed I was asking for her help---it was as though inas a major inconvenience to her for asking for help (isnt that her job)?? I am spending a lot of money on my new bathroom and would expect to be treated with respect and at the very least be offered help when asked. I am absolutely shocked this woman is the manager of their store and someone in the corporate office should reevaluate that decision. It's possible she was having a bad day but either way her attitude and behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Thank you Susie for your help and support during my visit there (and sidenote the manager at the norwell location (Patty) is absolutely amazing and very helpful!
