I will never purchase from these folks again and I dealt with Jones (not some random employee). I insisted that they sell me only what they could get into stock. Three months later I was still waiting for the order to be completed. Poor communication from Jones herself. No attention to detail, follow-thru or concern for my unfinished bathroom. Apparently they have more business than they need. Good for them. They won't be getting any more of my money and I've informed others that they should proceed with caution. Customer service is officially dead with Ms. Jones

We checked out four companies before deciding to make our purchases through Snow and Jones. We outfitted 2 bathrooms. We had several constraints due to the room size and the doorway size. Danielle Snow was able to find solutions to our challenges and source items that worked despite supply chain issues due to covid. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

I was told that Snow and Jones would certainly be able to help me get a replacement sink - which had broken. Staff quickly dismissed me - we don't carry that size - bye.

Had a serious toilet issue and limited time to repair. Old, unique original parts that could not be easily repaired with available parts/kits. S and J did 2 things: 1) tried to help me over the phone and 2) told me to come in and they would do all they could to come yup with a "McGyver" fix. I got there and THREE people all helped me find a solution. I came home and in 10 minutes I was set. Customer service has become a thing of the past in many ways - not at SNOW and JONES! Thanks Guys!
