I would pick a 0 stars if I were able. I waited for over 3 hours, sitting in front of my house, waiting for a tow. I received a call telling me that the driver was there, and then left. There is a single road that comes to the end of my cul-de-sac, that I watched for over 3 hours. They never showed, then tried to lie about it. This place is reprehensible.

Horrible Horrible service. Tow guy "Keagan " was a complete asshole and totally creeped my girlfriend out. We did an emergency tow through AAA and he didn't meet us with the vehicle until hours after he was supposed to. Do not use this company. They shouldn't be allowed to operate. Filing a formal complaint tomorrow.

The dispatcher was so nice but why should I have to bother him to tell him his tow drivers are parked in front of a no parking sign in front of my house? The sign is there because they come at all hours of the night and wake me up constantly. The business they're going to across the street has a huge driveway they could use. If it's not bad enough that they park up against my yard, they block my driveway so I can't get out. Why would somebody do this?

Excellent service. The company really helped me out when the rental car broke down. Dispatcher Heather was extremely helpful and the tow operator Charlie was amazing. Towed the car all the way back to Boston Logan Airport and waited until they found another vehicle for me. He made sure that I was given the correct vehicle. I would highly recommend this company

The worst towing company I have ever dealt with. Wanted to leave 0 stars but it wasn't an option. If you need your vehicle towed you can push it to your destination quicker than silver cloud towing will get it there! Terrible and dishonest!

Can't really say anything good about this company because they provided no service. Made me get the app then said I had to call for service. Left me on hold for about half an hour which was how long it took me to get Uber to take me the three miles to the bar I was going to. They probably just don't have service in Eastham.

They are always so nice .. and calming! Especially when you are stressed out and your car is suddenly not working !! The fellas say" don't worry ma'am, we'll take care of it no worries" well, that's exactly what someone wants to hear when their car is being towed somewhere or they have a flat.. I've had both these experiences ones for myself and ones for my mother and they were just so nice I'm very happy we have these people around trustworthy normal kind local guys just doing their job making us feel safe I appreciate that very much:)

Towing classic cars of any high end car they have been excellent have used many times and always excellent service and timing worked with jason recently and was timely neat and safely managed my classic ride thanks guys

The tow drivers use electric impact guns and cross thread the lug nuts all the time. Lack of care for sure.Service: Tire change
