This is my 2nd stay here, 3 nights in all. The cottages were wonderfully stocked. Very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely not for people who want to party, exactly right for me. The 2 women I spoke with in the office were extremely helpful and sweet. I'll be back for sure.

I wanted to respond to the 2020 review of cottage 9 . Since that review the cottage has been purchased by me . It has been completely renovated from soup to nuts everything is new . Floors , furniture, paint, fixtures , plates , glassware, cookware, decor EVERYTHING. I took great pride in redoing this charming waterfront cottage . New Windows where they were broken and all new window treatments. Please look at the photos .Thank you ! When I stayed there last year I gave tours to long time visitors and everyone wanted to book . Its just beautiful !

Wonderful vacation stay in cottage 31, The View. 22 steps from your door to the lounge chairs overlooking the beach. Open your window for sounds of the ocean. Private beach, BBQ area on site. Lots of great restaurants, mini golf and entertainment near by. We were sad to leave and will return soon.Rooms: Beautiful cottage just perfect for a couple. So close to the beach, felt luxurious.Nearby activities: Mini golf, shopping, inflatable park, golf, miles of beach to walk, Hyannis and Ferries just minutes away.Safety: Private Cottage area for renters only.Food & drinks: Mike's beef sandwich is great, the skipper is next to cottages, many other seafood and Italian restaurants within 3 miles of cottages. The pancake man and picadilly cafe were excellent!Noteworthy details: Cottage had dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. Just bring your clothes and stop by the grocery for coffee and eggs.

Loved this place! Beautiful views and a private beach! I love there are bbq pits, full kitchens in each room, and picnic tables! Truly a dreamy place. Showers had lots of hot water as well. Will be coming back!

Cute beach side cottages that are cozy and perfect for a quiet getaway. We were in cottage 16, which was perfect for just two people. It was extremely quiet, and for the one day it was a little warm out, the powerful ceiling fan did wonders!Loved the little kitchen amenities, with a little fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop, and kitchen supplies.

We stayed at Seaside Cottages for Memorial Day weekend and I have plenty to say.On the good side: the location and overall concept are marvelous. You get to live in a cute nautical themed cottage, surrounded by greenery, flowers and birds singing. You also have access to private beach, beachside lounge chairs, picnic tables and barbecue area. The management was very accommodating and let us book two nights while their standard policy is 3 nights minimum. They also seem pretty responsive to any issues or requests raised. On the problematic side: The electric stove in our cottage did not work. We also had issues with hairdryers (we had two in the cottage and none worked) and a power socket in the bathroom.Lastly, couple heads-ups to future visitors: It took us a while to get hot water running - like 10 minutes or so. The cottages do not provide any toiletries but soap. I always rely on hotel provided shampoo / conditioner and wish I knew in advance they provide none. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and silverware, but no bottled water, coffee or tea. Lastly, our cottage, the Lighthouse (number 39), had a fireplace, but they only allow burning paper logs there, which took me a while to find. With these peculiarities, it would be great if Seaside Cottages had their own little store to help stock up with the missing necessities.

This property is great. Beautiful landscaping, well maintained cottages. Right on a white sand beach. This met all our expectations and more.

Bad start . Ordered a room and have a confirmation now they say the room we booked isn’t available and it was the fault of trip advisor not the establishment. All good now safe parking and Floyd made me feel welcome . Thanks Floyd .

Lives up to the name -- you can walk from the lawn to the beach in just 20' or so -- many of the cottages are updated inside, it's family friendly and easy to deal with.

A Perfect Family Vacation! We love coming back to a cottage just step across the lawn to power soft sand beach. Families return year after year to wonderful cluster of cottages where kids can run free and make new friends and catch up with old ones. There are many grills and tables out on the lawn between the units. Old Cape Cod Cottages spread out where each is unique in size shape and view but authentic to the Cape Experience. Most families gather on the beach during the day and converse around the grills in the evenings. Finally settle back in the recliners on the bluff over looking Nantucket Sound as the sun sets to the West.We drive 12 hours to get our souls rejuvenated each year during our stay at Seaside Cottages and hope to see our friends again next year.

Stayed in Rose Cottage, very quaint. The plus side Sound view had breeze off the water. Cottages do not have air conditioners. If you are looking to see what an Original Cape Cod vacation experience was like. Then I would recommend staying here.
