Recently, my Audi had a horn malfunction, they gave me a new car to use for several days.The service waiting area is clean and there have been times where I have got some work done while drinking a coffee.I think in this particular case, you get what you pay for. “About two+ weeks ago, the aftermarket alarm system that was installed in my used 1994 Chevy Cavalier and which I had never used, flaked out and would cycle on and off every 20 to 30 seconds.The lights would flash, the alarm horn would beep twice and the door locks would activate. I contacted three shops, and this was the only one who could get me in within a couple of days. I stopped by at the appointed time, and in less than 15 minutes Woody had disabled the alarm and got the car back to running normally! And the cost was very reasonable as well!Not the normal situation, but it made me a happy customer!”

“We needed an emergency fix to the passenger seat of our rental car while visiting the Cape at noon on a Saturday. We called around to dealerships and a few mechanics with no luck. Dan's Auto Restoration was the only shop that didn't say it was "closed" so in a Hail Mary moment, I called and they picked up. Greg was so kind, said he'd be at his shop all day and to come on over. He fixed our seatbelt issue in just a few minutes and we were on our way! He saved me from sitting in the backseat with the kids for the rest of our trip and probably hundreds of dollars with the rental car company. Forever grateful for this business!”

“I went to Autozone is Sourh Yarmouth the other day to get a new battery. I asked an employee if they could put it in for me and was told NO. Then, one of the employees that was busy working on something else came up to me and told me they would be happy to put it in for me. I am a 66 year old woman who could not have done this myself. Chris S, the employee who put my battery in also ran a diagnostic test on my car to make sure everything was running smoothly AND fixed my windshield wiper that was put on backwards.
