Rooms were very tight and smelled a bit. Staff was very friendly. Nice to have an outdoor and inside pool.

Stayed with a large family group in several rooms. They were very accommodating and have several spaces where the full group could gather. Also loved the choice between indoor and outdoor pool!
Noteworthy details: Pools were great and very clean. A few takeout places across the street that were convenient.

Amazing service. We liked travelling to Provincetown from here and to Corporation Beach. The pool looked nice but we didn’t swim. Could be better if they had an elevator or ramp or concierge that helps with luggage as we were travelling with a baby and had to lug our stroller up and down the stairs with all our bags which was super tricky.

Perfectly comfortable lower-end hotel with clean and serviceable rooms. Staff was lovely. Breakfast included, not fancy, but enough to get you started on your way.
If you do not want to splurge and spend your time outside instead of inside this is a fine spot.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk employee who then efficiently helped us check in and get to our room. He explained everything thoroughly and even turned our air conditioner on for us prior to arrival. Our room was cool, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Split a suite with another couple in our group for 3 nights. While we didn't have time to take advantage of the two pools was very happy with our service and room cleanliness. Had no issues.

Just what we were looking for on an extended day stop on The Cape. No great shakes, but we didn't want that on this trip - just a clean room to hang our hat. I wish we didn't find a pair of old socks in plain sight, though...
The breakfast selection was basic and expected. The staff were friendly and courteous, offering me another room to keep working in as they finished cleaning. The pool looked great and seemed to be a feature of the property.
Nearby activities: It is right along Rt 28 in Hyannis, close to so many things and easy to get to, with late night staff present!

I recently had an overnight stay at the Ambassador Inn and Suites so that my cousin and I could more easily attend a 10k in Chatham on June 23. I found the front office staff to be friendly and the accommodations to be a good value, as it appears the rooms have been recently renovated. That said, my stay was distinctly ruined by the noise that rowdy guests made into the late evening (past 1:30 AM) after returning from a wedding reception. My room was located directly above the area outside the front door, which explained why I could hear loud music, voices, and even some screaming. The overnight attendant tried to tell these people to quiet down but was not very successful. As a result, I did not sleep much through the night, although my less than stellar performance the next day could also be attributed to additional factors such as heat and humidity. In light of my experience, I kindly requested that an adjustment be made to the rate I paid for the room. That said, I have not yet heard back from management. Overall, I think that this hotel is a reasonable option for people seeking accommodations on Cape Cod, but be very wary of noise if you’re a lighter sleeper like myself and request a room away from the street.

Definitely not worth 200$ a night. The door to our room was hard to open and close, also to lock, though the maintenance did come fix it the day after still an inconvenience. Bed springs were broken which left the mattress lopsided. Most of the staff were friendly. Parts of ceiling were leaking and poor breakfast choices.
