“Wow! I have a beautiful cross pendant that was a gift from my son. It came from Brazil and the jeweler said it was probably handmade. I have worn it everyday for 5 years and it was somewhat bent. Although it is probably not a super expensive piece, it is very special to me. The jeweler straightened and cleaned it...looks beautiful! The other amazing thing is that when I went to pick it up, they said no charge! I will go there again and would highly recommend!”

“I honestly can’t get over how amazing Snyder Jewelers is. My Dad passed away a few years ago and left me a diamond ring that was a bit on the masculine side so I brought it in to see if they could place it in a more feminine one. Process was super seamless they showed me several options on a screen where you can see all the dimensions (super helpful). I made my choice and they even took money off for the band that it initially came in. Oh and while I was there they cleaned my wedding rings which is always a huge plus, looked brand new when I walked out. They kept me in the loop via text with updates and even picked it up for me on the way back from a wedding they went to! They’re just awesome, I won’t go anywhere else, I even plan on bringing some family members there when they visit.”

“I rarely leave reviews but let me tell you WOWZAAAAAAAA what service. I received a pretty garnet bracelet for Christmas from my niece, only to see that one of the gems were missing. I emailed the jewelry store will my issue and with in under one hour, I got return emailed telling me no problem test if I could come to the store they would certainly replace it, as they had additional bracelets in the store no question asked. I went and got it replaced with such a friendly staff. A+ for sure”

But since re-sizing would ruin the inscription, he touched it up, for no cost so I could return it to the original seller without any fee.
