“I was recently in your Braintree store to have a band added to my ring and was helped by Teal Hayes, Assistant General Manager. As someone who doesn’t usually write reviews, I couldn’t not take the time to tell you how absolutely wonderful Teal was to work with. She was professional, helpful, and most importantly in this day and age, kind. I described the change I wanted to make to my ring, and not only did she understand exactly what I wanted, but she made sure the jeweler knew, too. For this reason alone, you have gained a loyal customer in me. On top of that, Teal made sure I was comfortable; when I expressed my hesitance to leave the ring overnight, she arranged a date and time for me to come back while the jeweler worked on it—this took no more than an hour, and every time I’ve been back, Teal has greeted me with a hello and a friendly smile. I wanted to make sure you knew what a stellar employee you have in Teal. She provides the type of help that has to be experienced to truly be understood. It is my wish for this review to go straight to the President of Jared, because Teal Hayes deserves to be recognized and compensated for her truly above-and-beyond customer service.

“I needed a gift and fast! I called to see if they had a particular watch but while on hold had to take another call that took a lot longer than expected. I received a call back and returned the call shortly after closing. They went out of their way to provide their cell phone number so I could text them a picture of what I was looking for, remember this was after closing the store. But since re-sizing would ruin the inscription, he touched it up, for no cost so I could return it to the original seller without any fee. “I brought two rings to Warren Jewelers to have fixed. Both are very sentimental and my wife was nervous giving them to anyone. I was informed of the repairs that would be performed and agreed with their professional recommendation. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them.
