Was here today to get my labs drawn and they told me if I didn’t leave my 10 month old BABY at the front desk in the waiting room that they wouldn’t do my labs and that she could not come in the room with me and then they had the audacity to look at me like a crazy person because I wasn’t comfortable leaving my BABY with strangers. I left and will not be coming back. Would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter was in her stroller too it’s not like I carried her in she would’ve been fine.

I had a terrible experience at the urgent care. The technician who went to take my blood work in the clinic tried multiple times on my right arm and was not able to get any blood other than a few drops. She reported that I was making her nervous since I told her I get dizzy with getting blood work which was unprofessional. She then started trying on the opposite arm and could not get any blood and was poking my arm in many different places. Finally I told her to please stop if she couldn't get the blood because I was starting to get really uncomfortable. She told me I could come back a different day to go to the lab and get it done. So I left the clinic with two bruised arms and NO blood work was completed. Now I have to go get blood work done tomorrow with both my arms sore and bruised. DO NOT allow the urgent care to do your blood. Ask to go to the lab! I have never had any trouble getting blood work done in the past and I am always told I have easy veins. This women said my veins were really difficult to find.

My 85 yr old mom has been using the urgent care here for years and we have been happy with the care. The recent visit prompted me to write a review of Dr Selsnick because he went above and beyond. His approach is very caring, taking time to fully explain everything. He made a good decision which was very important. He even called the next day to follow up on the outcome and answer further questions. We are thankful he was there.

Waited 4 months for a cardiologist appointment only to arrive and be told they called, left voicemail and s not snail mail telling me I had been rescheduled. I never received a call nor any mail from them. This isn't th first time the office staff have screwed up and lied. They do it all the time. I delayed important work travel for this appointment, too.

I have been a patient there for over ten years and have always received excellent care from my primary care doctor. I also have utilized the Urgent Care and found that very helpful as well.

I had an MRI done at BWH. The two people who helped me were very professional and very nice. It was a good experience, though I wasn't going there to have a good time!

I can only speak for myself, but they've been really good for me. I've been there with multiple issues from Jiu Jitsu over the last year and they were always professional and helpful.

The staff has always been so kind to me and the urgent care has come through for me when needed the most.

The billing department in this place is an absolute joke. I was wrongfully charged a $1200 bill and they wont return phone calls to resolve the issue. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Carol Mcginn should be fired from her job.

Worst service. They don't communicate properly which is very key in treating a patient.

Dr. Mansour is amazing, but the reception staff is the worst. Rude and unprofessional both on the phone and in person.

I've had nothing but VERY POOR experiences with this office as a new patient. Unprofessional, discriminatory doctors who don't review prior records before taking a new patient. Judgmental and stuck in their ways when it comes to medication specifically. I strongly suggest seeking a PCP anywhere else. My best advice is outside of Harbor Medical.

Dr. Michael Duggan is my new Doctor and he’s wonderful! He explains things thoroughly, listens to me, and he has been very proactive with my health and well being. He treats me like a person not just a patient. I couldn’t be any happier!

I've been coming here for years to see Judy Donal but I can't afford it anymore. During a yearly physical I was asked if everything was good or if there was anything bothering me. I brought up that I've had knee issues but I've been to specialists and there isn't a lot to be done. Because I answered this question and gave my doctor the information she asked for, my visit was no longer covered under insurance and I have to pay out of pocket for a physical. Ever since they were bought by Brigham and Women's they have been money grubbing and sneaky. Recently I went to urgent care and when I received my bill it stated I had a hospital visit. This is absurd. Just because you were bought by a hospital doesn't mean that entering the building deems a hospital visit. I will never set foot in this building again. Find somewhere else to go, all they see here is dollar signs.
