“I had a great experience with the service department. I bought a used 2019 RAM Bighorn from another dealer with a 60day warranty. On day 61 the truck was dead. The dealer told us we'll come and get it and fix it at your expense. I decided to call Good Brothers. They trouble shot it down to the Body Control Module and fixed it. A week later same problem. They replaced it again but, this time noticed moisture in the BCM. They asked if they could keep the truck until the next rain. Sure enough the 3rd party replacement windshield was leaking. I called Tiny & Son, they replaced the windshield with a RAM windshield. Good Brothers installed another BCM. That was 6 months and many rain storms ago. Real good service people and charged me a very fair price. Needless to say I'll never use another RAM dealer. I highly recommend Good Brothers for service.”

“I went in because I needed my inspection sticker, and my car was making a squeaking sound intermittently. This was my first time going here since we moved to the area 2 years ago, and I was anxious going to a new place. But they were really great. When I came in they said it might be an hour before they could even check my car, but they got it checked and finished everything in less time. All I ended up needing was a new light, and the inspection, and the cost was more than fair. This will definitely be our new go to shop. The only downside is the hours.”
