While it has taken me a little while to express my feelings, I believe it's never too late to acknowledge exceptional care and compassion.Recently, my family and I faced an incredibly emotional situation as our beloved pet chicken fell critically ill. Despite the late hour and the fact that it was closing time for their office, Drs. McCaffrey and Smith demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the well-being of animals and a level of compassion that truly touched our hearts.In our time of need, when every other local veterinarian turned us away due to the unique nature of our pet being a flock bird, Drs. McCaffrey and Smith not only accepted our pet chicken, but they did so with open arms and warm smiles. It was a ray of hope during an otherwise dark time for us and our son, who had developed a deep bond with our feathered friend.What struck us most was the genuine understanding and professionalism they exhibited throughout the process. “The wait time to see the vet has reduced, a lot. Not sure if it’s luck or scheduling but Olive & is will take it. Everyone working there is cherry and delightful except the vet. Dr. Rohn is all business which is just the way you want it when you’re concerned about your elderly sick. Pup. I get calls from Dr. Ron checking on our at 7 o’clock at night. Talk about dedication. Her first concern is about your animal. I can assure you of that. I’m really worried about my dog and they are there to help her what Mark could you ask for?”

“I cannot say enough about this clinic! I highly recommend them! literally Everyone who works there is so compassionate and empathetic!! I have been here a few times and I have always had a great experience ! I will be using them for all of my future pet needs and I encourage you to as well! I have read some of the reviews and I can assure you they’re not out to get your money. Your pet is your child, and they come with the cost. I am by far financially well off, but I will do whatever it takes to keep my pet comfortable. I have always been told what they were going to do when they took her to a separate room. I don’t believe they’re out here trying to be car salesman. The prices are very fair here! I’ve never felt they were being pushy or cared less about the money it is always about what is in the best interest of my baby girl!”

“Ozzie had a bad experience at the new Easthampton Animal Hospital. He HAD loved Dr Hayden., who retired. Riverbend has reset his opinion of going to the vet. The staff is not only knowledgable, but clearly they love animals. They used gentle touch, patience and praise. They had the hypodermic ready, as opposed to Easthampton Animal Hospital who prepared it in front of him.”

My mind has been put at ease, many times, knowing what ever animal I bring in, will get the best care. I recently took in a stray cat, with a leg that had to be amputated, possibly caught in a trap. “Hess McWilliams has been a God send. For a new farmer they have provided so much assistance, tips, advice, and worked above and beyond for every animal every time called on. They follow up and respond days and weeks after the visit. I was getting answers and support from a vet on vacation! The whole team, Dr. Hess, McWilliams, Barstow, and Latham have all worked with me at various times, and they are all wonderful, knowledgeable, and very supportive!”

I'm adding to my review because I believe it's important.
I brought my to Vesh in West Springfield told them dog fell off couch, 9 hours later and several thousand dollars, I'm sent home with no answers and pain meds.
I go see Dr. Owen 10 minutes into the appointment looks at my dogs leg, feels it and it's swollen I have my answers! received meds going back for re-check! That's a great doctor!”

“My dog went here her whole life. From routine check ups to injuries and illness this Vet was amazing! I’ve had other dogs and other vets in the past, and I didn’t really understand what a difference a good one made, until the dogs really needed it. They spend time with your animal, they don’t just hand you a menu of tests and prices. They respect your wishes when the dog is older and the treatment you want is palliative. So many vets feel like going to a mechanic who wants to sell you fixes your pet doesn’t really need just to make a buck. Not here. They were honest about options and prices and made time in emergencies. My boxer Rory ended up with a degenerative spinal disease in the end, and they really supported me in giving her the best quality of life possible for as long as possible while being completely realistic about what would happen. I’m so grateful and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart.”

“Dr. Margaret Mcisaac may be the most caring vet I have ever met. Upon meeting my animals for the first time her love of animals really showed. I have had a diabetic cat for years and always felt in the dark about his care until I switched to granby animal clinic. The vet talked with me for quite some time about her approach to caring for a cat with diabetes and things I need to look out for. She was very thorough and I left feeling both my cat and dog were very cared for. Also the price of one visit was less than half what I used to pay for a rushed visit at the VCA. Not only was the vet great but all the office staff and vet techs were amazing as well! Thank you Granby Animal Clinic!!!!!! ?”

I brought my dog so I can know why she was not herself. Because Westbrook veterinarians, didn't do the job. Westbrook formally was litchenberg veterinary hospital. I was very emotional learning that my dog I had for 8yrs. Had to be put down. The staff at the integrity veterinary clinic were all very understanding and professional. They helped me at this very difficult time. This is for integrity veterinary center 318 pleasant st.”

“My dog was suffering with joint issues in his hind legs. John the vet is also a Chinese herbalist, who does acupuncture on dogs. My dog Charlie used to limp after walking for the day but since we've been doing acupuncture sessions thar has completely gone away! I couldn't be happier. This is a really special veterinary clinic and I highly recommend this place. I'm a dog person so I've experienced other vets and Sanctuary Animal clinic is by far the best vet I've seen! The 2 photos are taken at Sanctuary this room is where Charlie gets his acupuncture , it's a very calming atmosphere!”

This is THE ONLY veterinary who listened to me and MADE SURE THEY FIT MY BB GIRL (small tea cup yorkie) IN, in a TIMELY MANNER! my dog is roughly 4.4lbs and was mounted by an off leash dog here at a local park in Amherst. this dog was MUCH bigger than mine, being about 30lbs. and unfortunately he was VERY QUICK, and it happened SO QUICKLY. And I have no clue who's dog it was, where he came from....... now My pup is pregnant and IM VERY SCARED..... review to be continued, in office currently...... wish me luck!!”
