Clerk didn't seem to be interested in helping me and just seemed to rush me out. I had to repeat that I needed added insurance several times.

We are visiting from out of town and the grounds keeper was extremely rude when I parked in a parking spot on the street to go to the restaurant next door not knowing the area I didn’t know where to park he told me I was selfish for parking there that they only get 3 spot and was extremely rude to me and my sons then says I wasn’t trying to be rude well you are!!!!

Please tell your drivers to slow down on Bach Lane! It is a single Lane Road with pets and kids.Other than that, great job.

The clerk was super nice but tried to charge me about $5 each when I tried to mail off some holidays cards to family members who literally live in MA. What a ripoff! She said the cards were too thick to be mailed as first class mail and they had to be mailed as package. She even asked the other clerk to confirm. I told the clerk that I just moved here and the post office clerks in the town when I used to live always put either one or two forever stamps on my holiday cards—for over 10 years! And everyone got their cards every year! No problem! I refused to pay $5 per card, came home to put one or two forever stamps on each card by myself, mailed them off, and everyone got their cards within a few days! I shouldn’t waste my time at the South Hadley post office!

Very poor service. I didn't even get a knock on my door when a packaged arrived today so they brought it back to the post office. Now I have to waste time and gas to pick it up from the post office on Monday.

Just get rid of the carrier that delivers Hadley Village. How many times do we have to complain that we are constantly getting the wrong mail. Our names are in the box, and yet we keep getting 1st class mail that is not ours. This is just skimming the surface about the poor mail experience we've gotten here. Others in the village also have complaints.

Ineptitude + Lack of Accoutability = South Hadley Post Office I live in South Hadley, and today (February 3) I recieved a billing statement, from South Hadley electric, postmarked January 9. Where has this bill been the past 4 weeks? The customer service rep sure didn't know. He refused to accept any responsibility for the mishap and instead blamed the Springfield location, the Hartford location and the USPS administration. Completely inept and irresponsible.

This place sucks...I swear every time i go in there...there is either a line to the door with only one person at the counter or there is no line and no one to be found. The people that work there are rude and not the brightest of the bunch. I would never go out of my way to go to this branch, but seeing as this is the closest branch to my work i am frequently forced to use this location. Try and avoid at all cost or prepay your postage to avoid wasting half your day here!

I'm surprised by the bad reviews posted here. Every time I go, I find the employees to be considerate, fast-paced and very friendly. I've never had an issue with this branch!
