Ty is a kind person who does excellent work. Honest, transparent, and friendly. He held firm with insurance when they were trying to cheap out on parts for my car, and made sure it was taken care of the right way. On top of all that, when I went in to pick up my car I was awestruck. It looked brand new, so beautiful and clean. It was the cherry on top of having my car back in tip top shape. Great experience. I spent two weeks looking for somewhere to take my car. Other shops were either too far, too expensive, or never answered their phone. Tyler answered right away, had time for me to come in two days later and even helped me over the phone on my way in with a coolant question. I needed a bunch of parts that he found super fast and cheap and was really transparent on cost of labor and parts from the beginning. Their sweet pup and son kept me company while we chatted and I believe I met his wife as well! The parts came a few days later and when my weekend got too hectic to drop the car off on Saturday he was totally flexible about me dropping it off whenever I could. He got everything done in a day so I could have it back for night school and let me know right away when a charge was added for some unanticipated work. All in all this was an awesome experience with lovely people and I've already recommended them to my parents and friends!!Thanks you guys! You made my week!

Had to repair the back end of my car because of backing up with a bike on the back. I was in a car accident mid January this year. I called around to several places to repair my car and most couldn’t even begin to look at my car let alone fix it until mid March. I called Ty’s auto body shop and they said they could get me in right away! I couldn’t have picked a better place. Ty and his crew were very professional, efficient, honest and kept in constant touch to let me know what was going on or if any issues arose. When my insurance company wouldn’t extend my rental they gave me my car back so I could get to work during the week and finished everything on the weekend when they are usually closed! I only wish they did regular maintenance because this is where I would bring my car indefinitely! I’m so glad I chose this business to repair my car and support a local business. Extremely satisfied you can go elsewhere but you won't find better work honest sincere and follows through on anything and everything he says even goes the extra mile to vacuum out a car that hadn't been vacuumed in 6 months showing further concern for me the customer. If I have any choice I won't go anywhere other than Ty's Body Shop I wish them nothing but the best of luck in the future
