βI've been renting from since 2008/09 and the price only went up once or twice they have a lot of other services like moving trucks and other things. If they have available sheds still I highly recommend!β
βJohnny was incredibly respectful, friendly, and courteous! The facility is brand new, exceptionally clean, and climate-controlled, which is a huge plus. The price is amazingβ100 stars!β
βI recently had Boomerang for my moving and they were fantastic! I canβt say enough about how great they were. Tyler, Pat, Ryan and Christian were terrific and anytime I asked them to do something they went out of their way to help. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for movers. I also found them to have the best price.β
βAfter calling and visiting several storage places, this place was my last stop. Legacy was incredibly helpful, explained everything, showed me multiple units, talked to me about different insurance coverage, and was an all-around pleasure to work with. I am actually looking forward to moving things into our unit because the place is pristine and climate controlled, and offered the best rates in the area.β
βKeith was super helpful and patient untangling my online application. He also made sure my unit was all set and I knew how to operate the lock. I appreciated the extra effort.β

βGigi Storage - Jenna - Owner - This storage facility met all of our families needs for over a year. From an outdoor larger unit to our last temperature controlled inside unit we have been very pleased with how everything was handled as well as the overall cleanliness of the facility. Many nights I have been there after working hours and know the environment is completely safe and secure as well as always being fully operational. The overall process has been an absolute pleasure working with Jenna from Gigi Storage and highly recommend them for your storage needs (short or long term).

They were able to take apart the beds , yet the Ideal company should supply them with battery operated screw gun. We loaned them ours to make it an easier and quicker move for all.Ideal Movers move me into my home in the 1990s and their service remains the best.β

βIt's a storage facility. I rate it in the top 25% of what's out there. However, their pricing was best in the area and their manager was extremely helpful. I read a couple of other reviews from the year 2009 and totally believe they were written by a competitor. Hey... I needed to store my property and these people went out of their way to assist.β

βJay is phenomenal , heβs a quick problem solver, kind and compassionate ! Very thankful for his help in securing me the units that I needed and changing things promptly when I requested. Iβm very greatful for his help at Moove In at the Northampton location. !β
βVery easy process. My only complaints are that the storage unit was pretty dirty looking. Lots of cobwebs and an old smell to it. Nothing too bad, wouldnβt say it was really dirty, just could use a clean up ever so often. Also too many different emails with different documents. Iβd much prefer 1-2 emails with all my documents rather than having to go through the 4-5 that I was sent, each with different documents.β
βI would recommend all college storage to anyone looking to store their stuff with a safe and reliable company. The service is efficient and completed in a timely manner. The staff members are outgoing and easy to talk to.β

βAbsolutely Phenomenal experience! I cant recommend Moove in storage enough! I am a college kid and I was running so late and my phone had died and they were able to get me in and out in under 10 minutes and charged my phone for me! βThis is THE place for storage! Friendly, responsive, caring service up front. Clean, spacious facilities and great carts for moving lots of stuff. I had a mix-up with a reservation and a single phone call with someone at the office took care of it! I love the branding too. Who doesn't love cows??β
βKay was very helpful in setting me up with my storage unit. She showed me a couple of different units to choose from. Also, Kay was very knowledgeable and super friendly! I highly recommend!β

βHUGE place with tons of storage to rent. I have a climate control unit plus a drive up and all the climate control is available 24/7 now with key codes. The GM Brian(I think is his name) in the office told me all buildings will be 24/7 key code accessible soon. highly recommendedβ
βI had a 2008 BMW 335i shipped from Orlando to Chicopee MA and it came in on time and I paid less than I would have if went through a broker. My car was clean and ready to go when I got it, so I even gave the driver a tip. I will be shipping them again!β
βNice, Clean, safe facility, friendly staff, easy to reach by phone, if you have to leave a message they are quick to return your call. I highly recommend this storage facility.β
