2010 hyundai sante fe 134k milesI have been here twice, once for an oil change and replacing a wheel hub ($425) and once for a bad coil ($225). Both times, car was repaired quickly, staff took their time explaining what the repair consisted of and why it was necessary in a way a layman could understand.Found my new go to repair shop.

0 star if possible. I genuinely don't know how there are good reviews for this automotive; maybe these reviews are from people that have a good relationship with the owner which there is nothing wrong with that. But I was a new customer checking for wheel and tire problems and I was informed that my wheels were bent and needed new ones which was claimed to cost $2000. I wanted a second opinion and these guys still charged me for $40. I went to Costco and they said my wheels were perfectly fine and said there was just ice. Go to Rons if you live near the area. My family has been going there for 2 decades. They give honest opinions and don't randomly charge their customers.Service: Tyres

Good, Honest, Quality Shop. I tend to do most of my work myself where possible but there are things that I don't have the time or knowledge for. Page's has been around for years and always seems to have a steady stream of customers. Diagnostic and quotes are reasonably priced, turned around quickly and with a clear, honest explanation. I had a minor concern that I was unable to track down and (of course) it happened to go away while they were looking into and didn't charge me. Should it come back, they'll definitely get my business for that issue. The work they do is excellent and turned around quickly. Their prices were extremely reasonable and inline with my expectations. Our vehicles are critical. We need to get to work, go on trips, get to the doctors amongst countless other needs. They need to be running in tip top shape and Page's has earned our trust and we rely on them to keep our vehicles running their best.

Been coming here for as long as I can remember. Steve is as honest as they come. He will not tell you something needs replacing when it doesn't need it yet. He will however let you know ahead of time that something will need to be addressed in the future. That's why I drive from Springfield to South Hadley for my service. I very highly recommend Pages Automotive.

i hate when i have to write a review like this but overpriced and bad attitude just don't make for a good way to do business. i walked away shaking my head. I'll save the scary details but a $450 quote for a $150 job somewhere else means i won't be back, and based on the fact that they had next day openings I seems not to be alone. P.S. the garage that did do the actual repair has a 2 week waiting list.

Steve and Paul do an excellent job.
They are quick to diagnose the issue and are always prompt in letting me know what needs to be fixed and the relative cost before they start the work.
This business is locally owned and is well above other shops in every regard.
