I've been dealing with Greg at Orange sound for probably the last 20 years well sometimes it takes a little bit of time depending on how much work is upfront he always does a great job and gets it done and I never have to worry about a problem afterwards

Sad to say that as a repair center, I would not come here again. I get that a small shop might not get to the item right away, but at least be honest about it and return phone calls...

Greg is a great friend of my (late) father. Before my dad passed, he would tell me stories of a guitar he had recently purchased. Greg took great care of that guitar until I could pick it up, which really means a lot to my sister and me. He even wrote down all the information he knew about the guitar and spent time reminiscing about playing in different bands over the years with my dad. Thank you so much!

Don't expect to get your equipment repaired anytime soon. Doesn't return phone calls and won't actually start working on your equipment until called several times about it. And then still doesn't work on it.
