“Moving was super stressful on me and my kids, I’ve been at the tail end of my divorce and moving was the last thing I needed. When I called customer service they weren’t exactly helpful to me. I was actually a little upset that I had already started the process with PODS. I went to PODS and Richie helped answer the questions I had about the billing process and what to expect with my POD being moved across the country. There’s a stark contrast between talking to PODS’ people through their 1800 number and speaking to someone at the actual storage place. I’m not sure everyone’s experience will be the same, but specifically speaking with RICH in the Ludlow location made things easy to understand and I wouldn’t consider recommending PODS to family and friends if it wasn’t for him. I have had a bad experience prior to PODS with a similar company in the past, so to say my anxiety was high throughout this whole thing would be an understatement!”

“I had a contract that required delivery of some materials before the end of the month. I had hired Barbieri Express to unload some materials on a Saturday morning for a client. Unfortunately, the trucker was delayed so the materials were going to arrive later on Saturday. Fortunately, Kevin Barbieri was able to rearrange the several schedules and had a crew show up on Sunday morning to unload. I highly recommend Barbieri Express.”

“i want to say what wonderful movers we had.they were so fast i was amazed .they were very polite and hardly took breaks although we encourged it.they arived right on time and had the house empty so quick and were on the way to the new place where they worked like horses. anyone who is moving and wants the work done quick need to hire these guys plus they are resonable not like most places i called where they want so much money .they charge by the hour and price is right.you wont be sorry .we enjoyed thier company also .very nice men .”
