This facility was recommended to me as my friends have had decent experiences. My roommate booked us a storage unit and we had a bit of a misunderstanding about move in date and they cancelled our unit. When we showed up to the office the day it was cancelled to see if we could still get a unit we were met with one of the rudest humans I have ever encountered. The door of the office sticks, and instead of helping us after a few attempts to get in she started yelling at us from her seat behind the desk. Both my roommate and I work as servers so we have dealt with our fair share of people, however this woman was worse than anyone I had ever spoken to. When we very kindly explained the situation and how we misunderstood the move in period, she did not take well to our explanation, instead rudely telling us how college students book all the time and cancel. While I understand this may be a problem, we had shown up that day to begin using the unit(and paying the company!), but this woman was so exceptionally rude to us that we did not feel safe leaving our possessions with this company. There are many other storage facilities in the area and I would absolutely recommend any of those over Community, as we spoke to a few other facilities who were much, much kinder. Again, it is hard to explain in words how exceptionally rude this woman was to us when we approached the situation very calmly and kindly. I am appalled that a business would have this kind of representation to potential customers who were going to be utilizing the unit for a long time and paying quite a bit.

Terrible neighbors and inconsiderate clientele. We literally have to listen to motorcycles bouncing off the rev limiter and doing burnouts and wheelies on a daily basis. Friday evenings in the summer we need to keep the windows closed because it is so loud. Sometimes people just visit their motorcycles to sit on them and rev the engines. It is absolutely ridiculous and the management does nothing about it. It seems as if management does not care as long as people pay their bill.

Community self storage was the best storage place I found in my four years at mount Holyoke college. They were so helpful in making my transition back and forth. Facility is clean dry and I felt all of my stuff was super safe. The staff is superb they are so kind and so helpful. I could not recommend this place enough. Special thanks to Samantha for all your help!!

Community has the space for you and a variety of unit sizes. They can also handle cars, trucks, RVs and boats. However, there is a serious concern about how they deal with the public regarding our unfortunate Covid 19 environment. When we went, the agent wasn't wearing a mask. There was no sanitizer out and no signage asking for customers to wear masks and observe social distancing. I hope that this business will take modern science and state law seriously and correct this potentially dangerous situation. I realize that we're all still learning how to cope with our pandemic.
