I am so very pleased with the beautiful Breezesta patio furniture. The seafoam and sandstone colors were perfect together!!The furniture is so well made and put together by Chap de Laines. The delivery team was so careful and set the furniture just where we wanted. I’m looking forward to many years of use with this outstanding patio set. Chap de Laines delivered everything exactly as ordered- a huge THANK YOU!!!?

We purchased a mattress from Chap de Laines and had a great experience from the time of purchase to the time of delivery. Regina was super friendly and very helpful when selecting a mattress that would work for us! When we had accidentally purchased a box spring that was too large, it was replaced immediately. I would highly recommend Chap de Laines for your furniture needs!

The delivery team - Rick and Brayden - were great! Very careful and very courteous. They brought my chair up 4 flights of stairs with great humor and professionalism. It was the best delivery experience we've ever had.

I browsed the entire store without seeing any employees - no greeting, offer of help, etc. It was nice that there weren't any overbearing salespeople, but to see no one at all wasn't any better. I didn't find any furniture that I liked, either - just not my style in stock.

Very happy with our beautiful patio umbrella. You get what you pay for, and this is extremely well made. Found the brand online; Chap de Laines was the local seller and the whole process was very easy. Delivery guys were super helpful and kind. A great shopping experience!

This is a wonderful store. They have a wide variety of styles & price ranges. Don't hesitate to walk around (3 floors) & window shop.There's zero sales pressure, but friendly staff was available when we had questions.There was an item in the warehouse similar to what we looked at on the floor -- bought the less expensive warehouse item & delivery went well.We don't have a large budget, looked at 3 other area stores & online, & I recommend Chap de Laine's ?%.

Shopping for two rooms of furniture.Positive: We were greeted upon entrance. No one followed us around. There's an elevator between floors.Negative: There seems to be no rhyme or reason to where items are. The carpets were worn and dirty. Handicapped entrance was not clearly marked at all.We were in and out of all 3 floors in under 20 minutes.

An exceptional experience working with Cathy Hines from start to finish. In three days of shuttle diplomacy, a new order was cobbled together and now we have through our combined efforts a Beautiful new sofa and ottoman on order with Chap de Laines interiors of South Hadley.The only thing keeping us from this wonderful new addition is the wait timeof 14 to 16 weeks delivery but during this unprecedented time of Covid 19, everything is undergoing massive backlogs and patience is required.But I am grateful for the knowledgeable people who lucky for us were ready willing and friendly .I will return with additional insights to our new furniture at around the end of March.Until then go to Chap De Laines look over the goodies that abound within set awhile with some helpful people and maybe you just might find that furniture you have dreamed about, but even if you don't you will make Friends there.Mrq129Trip Advisor

We purchased a sofa we love from Chap de Laine's about 18 months ago, and when we moved recently into a house, the entryways were too small to allow the sofa to be brought into the house. Additionally, the movers tore the fabric on the underside of the sofa during the move. Adding to our pain, our queen box spring would not fit up the stairs to the bedroom. Chap de Laine's to the rescue! They picked up the sofa, repaired the fabric and modified the sofa so the rear legs are now removable. Voila! The sofa is now happily ensconced in our living room. And the team ordered a new split queen box spring, which arrived today in spite of several manufacturer's delays. Also, the delivery team has been stellar at every point of contact! I cannot recommend Chap de Laine's any higher!
