“Hidden gem. I drove by this carwash while I was on my way to a different carwash. I saw Paper City Carwash, and immediately made a u-turn. I was not disappointed! The wash was great; I appreciated that 2 men were spraying and brushing as my car entered the wash. Their vacuums are free AND powerful.
And it's cheaper than the place I had planned on using! Highly recommended!”
“I only pay $30 per month, by choice, because there are 2 cheaper package deals. I get unlimited car washes and so don't the cheaper packages. I can, literally, take my car thru the car wash every single day if I wanted to. The vacuums are also free. These vacuums run super strong and powerful. They are brand new. They definitely do the job. Unlike other car washes where the vacuums barely have any suction at all. I would highly recommend!”
“Best car wash around. Costs are comparable, if not less, than other lesser car washes around. The soft touch wash is very thorough, the water pressure is great too. An added plus is that the self serve wash accepts cards so you don't need to have small bills or coins on hand.”
“You know how when you drive up to vacuum your car you get everything out and the vacuum doesn’t work! Especially on a 85° day. I know my bad for doing it in the heat but anyway I wanted to do a shout out for Roland at the Easthampton golden nozzle car wash, I’ll tell you what he was right there to help unclog three vacuums. And he was running around like a banshee cleaning trash, whoever hired him good job. He definitely made my day. I will pay it forward thank you Roland.”
“The staff is helpful, but sometimes it takes a minute to get their attention. But once you go in they're very on top of prepping the car before it goes in and the car wash leaves my car looking like it was detailed. I love the free self service vacuums, helps finish the car up just right.”

“5 stars just because the guy working paid attention. His name tag said George. I’ve been to so many of these car washes and the people waving me to pull in don’t even look at me or my vehicle. They just blindly wave me to pull forward and just spray what seems to be my license plate. But George made eye contact with me made sure the other car was in before waving me in, others keep waving me in even though I’m about to hit the car in front of me. I just felt he deserved recognition.”
“I always go here for inspections and car washes. The car wash is great and brushless, so no streaking left on the car. The owner is present and a really nice guy. My inspection experience always goes quick and smooth too. Highly recommend for both!!!!”

“Excellent, Excellent service!!! I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Josh. This was the second time I met him (two different locations both in chicopee). He went above and beyond to help me out. My car looked like my wife drove it through the jungle and there were no survivors. She actually parked under a tree and every bird in the state had their way with it. I don't know what was stained on it but it was reddish in color and dried up. I don't ever do reviews but Josh you deserve five more stars. Thanks again for your help!”

“I had found this to be the lowest price for a car wash around and I went here a lot. However, somewhat recently the price nearly doubled and now it costs about as much as going to Golden Nozzle, so my visits here dropped dramatically.
The blow drying as you're exiting the wash starts as soon as the main wash finishes. If you're getting a better wash than the "basic" then you lose out on dry time since you still need to drive slowly through the remainder of the wash to get the spot free rinse etc. By the time you get to the drying nozzles, half of your dry time has already expired.”

“Nothing ever gets my car entirely clean - it's small and car washes tend to miss the entire back side of my car (this car wash included, I have taken to just getting out and wiping it down myself afterwards - I really wish car washes would figure this out, because an awful lot of people drive Honda Fits around here and my Nissan is the exact same size).It's usually worse in touch-free car washes, so I was glad to find this one, which is NOT touch-free, and which got my car cleaner than any other car wash around here. Still not perfect, but much better.It also costs a bit less than the touch-free car washes in the area, and the free vacuums are a nice perk. I was honestly surprised they were free, most anywhere would try to get your very last nickel out of you.Staff is nice and no nonsense,”

“Who in their right mind would go out to eat & not tip ? T/17$ wash is more than suitable to keep u r vehicle lookin sparkly clean & allows u t/ privilege&pleasure of uttering those famous highroller words “keep t/change!” . The men and women of golden nozzle work hard. I imagine It’s not a fun job running a car wash?specially in winter so I always get the $17 wash &tell’em keep the change. “I've been using this wash for over 10 years and today I had my first issue, so you may be wondering; why 5 stars? Well let me tell you, I paid for my wash, pulled the car in, nothing happened, the wash wasn't working. I called the owner, who immediately drove over and within 5 minutes was here and fixed the machine for me. To make it better, he was super nice about the whole thing and actually a pretty chill guy. So long story short I'll continue to use this wash for years to come.”
