“Had an insurance company blunder and the day was saved thanks to Avis of West Springfield. All the staff were amazing and went the extra mile for me to help me out. Was literally stranded for hours by my previous rental company until Avis arrived very quickly within minutes of a phone call to get me into a rental car within minutes. Avis saved the day so I didn’t miss my medical appointments today after a competitor company decided to no show on me and wasn’t answering the phones for hours and left me without a car. Avis had a car for me no questions asked and quickly got me on my way out the door in a nice and safe vehicle. Very impressed with their ability to go above and beyond when other local companies weren’t able to. Really appreciate all the help and kind service from the staff at Avis!”

My car is 12 years old and she gave me a detailed run through of all the new “features”. The vehicle was clean, the customer service accommodating and excellent. “I needed to rent a car while mine was protractedly stuck in a body shop being repaired. This ultimately involved numerous rental extensions (insurance company covering the rental wasn't great at communicating), a rental car switch when I requested to upgrade to a slightly better car, and a complicated/last minute/rescheduled vehicle drop off at a geographically closer enterprise location. Tom at the Amherst Enterprise location expertly guided me through the entire process, and was considerate, communicative (in a timely fashion) and resourceful with various options and ideas.It is equal parts refreshing and (increasingly) rare to witness and receive customer service at this exceptional level. I would recommend using this Enterprise location to anyone who needs a rental.”

“Great people. Great service. Did not like the van. Some of the fees are getting a bit much.(extra driver). Especially after renting on a regular basis (sometimes 2 vehicles/ 2 times a week) for about 15 years. Used to be more of a family business that made customers feel as such.”
