40+years of gardening and they have the WORST compost loam I have ever come across. Run from this place!!!So the “ owner “ replied and answered to my complaint. In his answer was my answer as I ordered composted loam and got screened loam. Don’t know how he fixes it.

It’s clear that your investigation into these communication matters either didn’t take place OR has gone unanswered. I see these reviews were 2 YEARS ago. I along with several others in my community have been trying to reach you guys (MULTIPLE unanswered phone messages. I myself, left THREE in the last week)If you’re going through hard times or a crisis or issue that keeps your business from functioning, CHANGE your message to communicate that! I’m a patient and understanding individual, but the constant “ghosting” of your business definitely leaves me with no other choice than to go elsewhere. Which stinks. We had been loyal customers since moving here 10 years ago. Unfortunately, we’re done.

I don't think I've ever tried so hard to give a place business. Closed Sat-Sun, call multiple times during the week with no reply. They're never open. Going to a more reliable place that's actually open.

Technically, they don't really even deserve one star!I called to place an order with them on Wednesday 5/16. I left a message at the prompt which states there's no one available to take your call but to leave a message and they will get back to you. Their prices for mulch were a little higher than the place I usually order from, but they were offering free delivery with a coupon so it would actually be slightly less expensive in the long run.After waiting a full day and a half and still not hearing back, I called, leaving a message again, along with letting them know I had called 2 days earlier and hadn't heard from them. I let them know that if I didn't hear back by the end of the day, I would no longer want my order filled as it was becoming apparent they didn't want my business.Well, I held to my word and never actually heard back from them...nearly a week later.Today I ordered my mulch from Bark Unlimited in the morning and it was delivered mid afternoon...same day delivery...AND they had an actual person answering the phones so my order wasn't left in limbo land. Truly a customer service oriented business unlike D&D. I gave my $200+ order to a much more reliable company.
