Got ahold of Pace to schedule up an alignment ASAP as I also had recently got new tires & I didn't want to be driving on them long term without this. Most other places would of had me waiting over a week. Pace got me in less then 2 days after I called. They did a great job Communicating with me about my car. I received a phone call when it was ready to be picked up. They also went over a few other things in regards to my car. Very happy with my first time visit to Pace. Alignment feels perfect. “This was the first time I tried this shop and I was impressed at all levels. They took their time and did a great job on my 2020 Range Rover. Following a complete video review of the car, including Diagnostics for EVERYTHING, they gave me an aggressive price on the work. The price for my brakes was $300 less than the dealer. They sought out several different vendors for a set of hard-to-find tires and ended up coming in below what I could find on the Internet. You will be doing yourself a great disservice if you do not try Premier for your next repair. I was surprised to learn that they only have this one location but look out below. This may be the next National chain for auto repair. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Jack from Worcester.”

“Both Travis and Jesse were extremely helpful during my last visit to advanced automotive in Uxbridge. They quickly diagnosed the situation and determined the source as a strange sound that I was hearing in the engine. I went back to Pete's where they determined the compressor had failed , they replaced it the same day at no charge. “Kurt and Jake are amazing. We have been bringing our cars there for years.
(my jeep should have been given up on but I loved it and they continued to service it at my request). There has never been a time that they have not satisfied us. They are extremely accommodating, and the repair fees are always fair. They are very friendly and definitely have the family vibe. But today I need to send an extra special thank you. A friend had an alternator problem and she could not be without a car. It was towed to them without them knowing it was coming. I called them and told them I requested it to be towed there. They had the car fixed and ready for her in 6 hrs. Kurt and Jake words can not say how much I appreciate what you did today and have always done for us. We give you a million ☆'s.

“just.. WOWi can honestly say i am so happy my dad told me to bring my car here. I haven been dealing with a on going issue with my car for years even brought my car to my dealership everyone always told me it was my struts i tried getting one fixed a few years ago but my car got worse i did not have money to fix my car until one day my car left me no choice as it started acting up and locking up while i was driving i brought my car here and they recommended i get new mounts and struts fast forward car came back and was still having the same issue even after the struts were replaced i was so frustrated and discouraged thinking i was never going to get this issue resolved and that i was going to get stuck paying for things to keep getting fixed without the problem being resolved i was scared because after fixing the car and it still being the same i was hopeless and in a hole But let me just say when Scott say's his work is guaranteed they are not lying! They were the most honest kindest people i ever dealt with at a shop they will not scam you or trick you or make you think you need things fixed that are not the problem they actually listened to me when i told them something was still not right they did not leave me high and dry with this problem he was never once rude or frustrated towards me this car and it was hard to diagnose but this man went out his way to make sure he found the problem and fixed it on his own dime to reassure me i was in good hands NEVER in my life have i ever dealt with such amazing customer service down to his staff and his wife Lynn who always kept me updated and so quick and polite wither her responses! I've always been scared to bring my car to places due to being screwed over in the past by places no these people i would 1000% recommend this place to everyone with confidence if you are looking for a honest reasonable trustworthy place to bring your car THIS IS IT! Look no where else i will never bring my car to another place again besides here 10/10 highly recommend i will forever be grateful for Scott and son's and all that they did for me. “I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a car. My wife and I worked with Luke. Prior to the visit, I did hours of research because of how dealerships can be and I wanted to be as prepared as possible. Luke made it so I didn't need to use any tactics, gimmicks, etc. when buying a car. They were fine with us getting a PPI as well before purchasing the car as well. The entire time, Luke showed he did care about making a sale, but also cared about us as customers just as much; if not more.
