“I went to Touch of Design as a recommendation from Vows. Rosa and her whole team are excellent at their craft. They did not stop until my wedding dress was altered to perfection. We only had a month to do alterations prior to my out of country destination wedding and Rosa made magic happen. She was very transparent with expectations and pricing for the work to be done to my wedding dress. Rosa and her team were very professional and honest with what alterations needed to be done. I felt like I was in great, caring hands from start to finish. I cannot thank or recommend Touch of Design more!”
“I've heard about this place in the past. My son was gifted a very expensive winter coat that ended up with a cut on it so I figured bring it to Timmy. He was very professional and the coat looked great the down was still even and full. I was comfortable with the price and it was ready in good time!”
“We stopped by this consignment shop after eating breakfast nearby. We loved it! The shop is very well organized and priced fairly. The store has a wide range of brands, sizes, and items. My sister ended up finding an outfit for a wedding she’s attending soon. I got a nice leather belt as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely stop by!”

“Amazing local store with an online presence. Nicky and her staff make it so easy to shop for gifts for my wife: all I do is give them the occasion, price range, and my wife’s size and they get to work. In store shopping or (even easier) shipping. Gift giving made easy. It’s almost like having a stylist or personal clothes shopper. She’s on-call for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, etc.”

“In this era of customer service seeming to be more scarce, I was pleased to see Kohl's had plenty of helpful and friendly associates, on the sales floor, in the fitting room area and at the cashier's desk. The store in Walpole is clean. The only thing is sometimes they still out of the size you need and you need to go back or order online to get everything you need. The discounts with the app are helpful as are the ones for cardholders, which are sent by email.”

“Don't look any further because this is the place you need to go. I was recommended to Tracy and her team by a family friend who's been going to them for years. I'm 34 had some dark sun spots on my face that made me self conscious. For years I tried every dark spot beauty product from serums to creams and nothing worked. Tracy and her team took their time to go over any questions and concerns I had. The results were noticeable right away. Within a few days, they checked up on me to see how I was doing which is so thoughtful. Within a week, the darkest sun spot I had became a few shades lighter. It was an amazing transformation and couldn't thank them enough. My skin looks and feels incredible. She also added a little filler to my lips which came out looking very natural. I noticed my lips weren't as full as they used to be when I was younger. Wearing my favorite red lipstick wasn't an option anymore but now I can and I love it! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Tracy and her team. I'll be seeing them all soon.”

“The Charity Guild in Brockton has done and continues to provide for many of our Brockton Public School families. During COVID they were a life saver for many of the families who were not able to leave their homes. The food packages they put together are fresh and the quantity they provide for the size of the family meets their needs. “Apparently years ago I screwed up and gave this boutique 1 Star by accident. It should have been 5. I got the dresses I wore to BOTH my daughters’ weddings here, plus the outfit I wore to a fancy engagement party for one of them and the later wedding of one of their sisters-in-law. I should add that I’d looked at multiple other places for my mother-of-the-bride dresses, and tried on 30 or 40 other dresses. Both times I walked into Touch of Klass in despair, and both times an extremely competent saleswoman took a good look at me, asked a few questions, and then brought me the dress I ultimately bought. On neither occasion would I have picked the dress out on first sight. But they were the perfect fit and the most flattering dress I’d tried on to that point. In the right color scheme! It was an extremely impressive experience. The prices are not discount, but they are comparable to similar shops for similar occasions.”
