Was greeted at the door with “oh, you’re early” and was told very rudely that I was not allowed to present any of my clothing (nice brand new prom dresses and heels) because you NEED an appointment. When I asked how to make an appointment the woman laughed and shrugged her shoulders. She then said they are booking until late August and only accepting fall clothing. She was very rude, unwelcoming, and of no help when I asked additional questions. I’d rather donate my clothes to good will.

I don’t like to write negative reviews but I had a very poor experience in this store and will not be back (which is a shame because I was a frequent shopper). Yesterday, I had an awful experience with being made to feel I did something wrong. There was a line of Vera Bradley bags behind the shoes and they all had been marked with ink for 5$. When I went to check out I was told this is not 5$, did you change the price and there are cameras in that room. I was shocked. I said all the bags were marked that way and she said no it’s not it’s $12.50. While I wouldn’t have minded paying the $12.50 for the bag it was principal, attitude and being made to feel that way. I will never be back.

Janet's has a wonderful mix of high end brands and simpler brands on all their clothing. They keep up with current styles. They are very helpful and friendly as well. Great deals as well so there's really nothing negative about this shop. It's an overall great shopping experience!

Large selection of clothing. Pricing ok. Sales staff that is welcoming but not hovering. Shop carefully as returns are not accepted, even in the case of defective merchandise. I recently purchased two watches there. Due to an oversight on my part, I did not notice one of the watches was not working. I believe it was the battery. I returned within two hours of noticing and showed the watch to same personnel I purchased from, and asked for a return or exchange of merchandise. I waited 15 minutes while she checked with her manager, after which I was told “all sales are final.” I accepted that it was an honest mistake on their part; however, as a customer I did not receive the same courtesy. I received no apology that they sold a nonworking watch, nor did they in any way try to compensate, or do what would have been honorable under the circumstances. So for the price of a $12 watch they lost three customers.
