“I usually don’t leave reviews but these guys stood out. From the time I first contacted them to have them install a ECGS bushing for the front diff on my 5th gen 4Runner. I sent them an email not knowing they were closed and on vacation for a week and they still emailed back and got me on schedule. When I dropped off my truck in the morning everyone was happy to greet you as you walked through the door and when I picked it up again all smiles. Seems like these guys love what they do and love where they work!! I will be going back if in need of any other install I may not be comfortable doing myself. Great shop Great people. “Not knowing where to begin or how to even start the process of getting repairs on my highlander, I did know I wanted to take it to Ace Auto body. I had once taken my Jeep Wrangler to the shop for tire repairs many moons ago and remember how easy the process was. I ended up following Ace auto body’s page on Facebook and saw how John was strictly for the customer. Post afterpost John spoke about difficult claims and rightfully doing the work on the vehicles that the customer deserved. I spoke with John and asked for help starting this. John took the time, gave me a rundown on how the process works and what to expect. Taken back by the first conversation with the insurance appraiser I remembered what John said. Weeks went by the appraiser and John went back and forth not getting very far. With more helpful advice John sent me in the right direction with the insurance company. At the end of the day my number one concern was my vehicle being safe. Being a mother with a child with heart issues my biggest fear was a major impact to my child’s chest while in his car seat. This was a very realistic fear knowing the appraiser did not want to replace the tire that took the brunt of the impact along with many other parts and tests that needed to be done. Today I received my highlander back with much gratitude and appreciation for John and his crew. I feel extremely confident that my vehicle is safe. Had several plastic pins, mine only had 3, was told to drill out my door....got a hold of their tech support, sent me out the correct one, installed twice to be sure I was doing it right, not only did it leak but you could hear the wind! O'Handley's service and repair mentioned Crown, first one fit perfect, just had 3 day's of rain...bone dry!! Great people, awesome customer service!”
