Great customer service, they got me in quicker than quoted and out sooner than quoted. They also detailed my car inside and out and got rid of a couple marks on my car for me with out charge. “In searching for an autobody repair shop, I came across Easton Autobody and the reviews listed here. I read the reviews and with the high rating of 4.8, I decided to go to their shop and I am glad I did. I met with Jose (owner) and showed him what I needed. He explained the complete process in detail which made me feel extremely comfortable. Talking with him you get a feeling for his experience and knowledge. I was looking to have the repair done the week of Thanksgiving (2024) as I had that week off from work. Jose was able to accommodate my request. I dropped my truck off (2024 Chevy Traverse RS) and met with Jose (technician). Showed him what needed repair and he reiterated in detail the process of what was to be done. The feeling of confidence that I had chosen the right shop. Today they called to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving, I see my vehicle and the repair (well actually you couldn't tell anything had ever been touched), The work that was done is completely undetectable and looks factory if not better.
I am not going to discuss price because I have nothing for comparison. During the evaluation, I was given a rough estimate and the actual bill matched.
I will be recommending everyone I know that is need to autobody repair to Easton Autobody.
