Eastern Propane was fantastic! Courteous and prompt, they answered our call and provided immediate service. Dave Binder was wonderful and thorough and helped trouble shoot our problem with patience and experience. Could not ask for a more helpful response during a holiday weekend!

Eastern Propane has been an excellent service until recently due to special circumstances during the Covid-19 pandemic when I ran out of propane twice! My household expanded by five family members. However each time their response was immediate, courteous and efficient. Dave Binder was the service technician both times and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We now hopefully have a good automatic delivery schedule. But then as Dave said we won’t seeing him again!

I noticed a couple of days ago that I had run out of propane. I was hoping to have a fire in my propane gas stove for Christmas morning. I didn't think it was going to be possible, since it is less than a week before Christmas. I called Eastern propane this morning to schedule a delivery, an actual human answered the phone and not an automated system. She was very nice and she said they would be out within the week to fill my tank. I doubted it would arrive before Christmas but much to my surprise Ronnie was there 3 hours later filling my tank! I'm so glad Eastern propane is on Cape Cod! These guys are the best!

I was very pleased with the service we got from Eastern, especially Michael LaFortune, who guided us through the whole process from getting set up, through the past several years of delivery. He explained every step of contracting for propane and the company followed through efficiently. Deliveries were well managed and payments were clear and informative. Having a new house built and then arranging for all the services and utilities is complicated and confusing. Eastern made all the arrangements for heating propane go smoothly. The personal consistency, friendly manner and reliable service is most appreciated.

I have had Eastern Propane servicing my home since I dropped Amerigas years ago. Since I have switched they have never allowed me to run out of propane and do a great job servicing my account as well as taking care of my furnace. I highly recommend this very wonderful company. I do not understand why others have rated them low unless they have confused them with another company. the most important thing is calling the 800 number for any inquiry which is based in New Hampshire. The location in South Dennis Massachusetts is a dispatch location. The people that I have contacted at the New Hampshire office have been extremely friendly and very helpful.

I unofficially give 0 stars for this place. Guy answered the phone was completely rude, laughed and said "no one would deliver propane to me." Who the hell says that? I don't normally post reviews, but this was better than yelling at him over the phone for being so disrespectful. Get them in the reputation where it counts. Just don't go here for any business, they don't deserve your hard earned money.

Absolutely disappointed from this company! We moved in a house with thems service, and right away they charged us for 2 full tanks, telling us they will come and fill the tanks, because they are half way empty. So far we had 4 phone calls , we were told they have scheduled appointment to be here on the next day, and nobody showed up! Still nothing! You should get for what you paid!!!
