Even though every Walgreens location in the country supports capital one bank deposits, through the Phone app, the boomers who work at this location don’t know what you’re talking about and refuse to do it, even after explaining it to them, like they somehow think that scanning a barcode from my phone and processing it as a normal transaction and accepting my money is some kind of rocket science to them and they can’t handle it. Fix your Walgreens training at this location, and I won’t ever be coming back out of spite, CVS from now on

I just came here trying to use WU and the gentleman at the desk refused to pull my transaction he only has one job putting my phone number on the computer and he couldn’t do it! I explained to him because I do it all the time at the same store and he didn’t want to understand.there is no difference between doing the transaction at home or at the computer in the pharmacy.

There’s not enough help there & I’m always waiting for someone to cash me out. Wouldn’t be bad if it happened once or twice but it’s an every time thing. Don’t go if you’re in a rush and want to be in and out! Also they need help in the photo department...my pictures always come out incorrect or on the wrong paper. I never write bad reviews but this was one I had to share with others.

Not enough help. Sometimes there's a wait with only 2 people in line. Employee didn't know how to use my cash rewards. Other than that, the store is fine.

I always shop here for over the counter products. The store is well laid out, with a large selection of items. I get my prescriptions filled by the VA, so I can't speak to that service.

I have used this Walgreens for a variety of photo gifts (photo books, calendars, wall art) and the products are consistently fantastic, perfectly done and fast too. Also, the people who work there are very nice too.

Tried to use my "$5 reward" coupon (after I signed up, clipped it, etc at home 1st per instructions), and she said I have to buy something now then come back after to use it. Hmmm. I reread the so called reward again and it clearly states "opt-in does not require a purchase ". She said you owe blah blah, I said no ty. And I left and went to CVS. :) Love CVS! (She also said it never expires so I can come back anytime) - it actually expires on 8/31 according to advertisement, see picture, and online it says it expires on 3/30). I never received the $5 "reward" after all that. Waste of my time.

Would prefer, when calling, to be able to enter extension for speaking directly to pharmacist.
