“Purchased a Jotul 602 from Hearthside, and everyone from Eric in the showroom to Will and Justin, the install techs, was easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. The techs went the extra mile, answering all of my questions about using this stove. The install itself was done super professionally. I had a ton of jitters about this whole process, this being the first wood stove i've ever owned, but everyone at Hearthside made the process easy and comfortable. Great job folks!”

“I was trying to shop for a mattress. First I went to Ashley. I wandered to the sleep center and tried several mattresses but did not find enough information to make a judgement. I had been there for about 15 minutes without being approached by a sales person. So I simply walked out. Unfortunately my experience at Bob’s was similar. The result was the same.I then proceeded to The Mattress Firm. I was greeted by Jeff who walked me through all of the information that I needed. I purchased a mid priced mattress. Simple decision when customer service was considered. Well done Jeff.”

“The buying process was easy. The cost to have them take away your existing mattress is only $40. Delivery doesn't cost much more than that, and you get your call promptly at 9am on delivery day. We were given 10am-12pm, and they were here at 10am. Friendly sales guy, friendly delivery guys, great product made for us (the one we wanted wasn't in stock, so they made one for us!) You must check these folks out!”

I was very impressed with all the furniture sold there, very nice styles and I like the quality I seen. The dining table set is made of real wood, not that cheap crap. “Had been looking for a high quality patio dining set for quite some time. However, everything with every company has been on back order due to the pandemic. On a whim, I decided to stop into Bristol Patio thinking they too wouldn’t have much. To my surprise they had just what I was looking for! The dining set was a perfect size and color to compliment our outdoor space. The owners are the most pleasant and knowledgeable people! No pressure to buy and were not pushy at all. Amazing customer service! They even delivered my table & chairs on the same day-no charge!! Couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience! “After having had no luck finding a shop in R.I. to repair a battery powered clock, I found Pen and Pendulum on the internet. A phone call was answered courteously and I was told that they would gladly take a look at my clock. I drove from Middletown RI to Mattapoisett. The staffWas very professional and assured me that they could effect a repair in one week's time. True to their word, they called three days later to say that the clock was repaired and for the estimated price. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with this firm!”

“This place is a goldmine full of treasures, I simply loved this store, neatly arranged, organized and clean. The items are segregated as per home sections, so it easier for a person to navigate. Some real good finds at cheaper prices, loved their jewelry collection, bought some real good vintage pieces. The owners Cindy and a gentleman, they are so good, and so helpful. I cannot wait to go back, please visit this place if you’re in Fairhaven or nearby places. A true gem, and I’m sure you’ll have something to take home.”
