Commenting and rating to hopefully help raise the ratings for this location: the staff at the Dartmouth St Fed Ex center are truly some of the nicest people ever and I have been in there 5-6 times in the past 2 months and they have not only been extremely helpful with my needs but also very patient and kind. They engage in conversation, make the experience so pleasant, and do not make you feel like your time there is just a transaction - quite the opposite. Will only be coming to this FedEx for any future shipping needs, highly recommend them!

FedEx has an option to hold the package at the office for pick up. In my case, the package was delivered to the wrong location, the website and the app don't show the address. I connected with the call center and have been told to wait. I visited the destination office, a guy checked packages and didn't find mine. He said the same, I should wait. The delivery was one-day. Two days left and nothing changed. In fact, FedEx provides cheap service with cheap people.

We went near closing but signs were not too helpful in figuring out how to print via wifi or email for new customers. Only one staff member was on for closing and as they were busy with the line, I can't blame them for not being able to assist but wish instructions were more clear.

Went there this morning for a basic copying request, they guy there looked like he was high. He couldn't even formulate a sentence or pay attention when I was asking him about their services.

sooooo rude! Oh my! A supervisor works at 187 Dartmouth st, Boston MA. He was so rude to me. i sent a business card file to them and print. He gave a whole sheet without cuuting. Come on! i need my businese cards....... i need them to be cut. using some common sense. He even did not ask me if i need cut. I'm doubt he can supervise whom? because his service looks soooo unprofessional. I feel sad about Fedex, they running a very successful bussiness but with unprofessional employee. Later i wanted to return the printing paper i just brought 20 mins ago. i open the package and tried to print it with my own printer. it did not work, so i was wondering if i can return it.He just said "No" without any explanation. Then i asked another stuff. He repeated"i said NO" oh my! this is soooo rude! what's wong with him?! As a costomer, i can not ask a question?! i don't deserve a EXPLANATION??? So horrible! Even you are A SUPERIVOR then what? You can RUDE to your clients? SHAME ON FEDEX to hire this kind of people.

Tried to print a poster for a research presentation through their online system and pick up in store. Quoted online for $48 dollars, but because of "modifications" charged $98 non-negotiable. Per store policy, any modifications (no matter how small - mine was a small adjustment on the size of the document versus the size of the poster). Understand it's company policy and likely not the store's fault. I've always printed my posters on MakeSigns.com (free proof, deliver to your house, even with rush shipping prices are reasonable and always transparent). Will be going back after this experience.

Took me 40+ minutes to get 10 copies single sided, black and white. Waited for machines and folks were there for 30 minutes making single copies. Then asked the person at the desk to do the job and waited another 20+ minutes.

I called to ask how i can order printing (3:41am 1/24/2019). The male representative kept mockingly saying, "omg" at every single time when i asked questions. This is the WORST attitude that i have never imagined nor expected. Beware!
