“Jacqueline went above and beyond great customer service. I sent pictures on line to be printed for my father's funeral / wake to be displayed at the service the next morning. They were having problems with the printer. She spent hours on the phone with tech support and got the printer working. She called us a couple of times with updates and then finally, at 9:45pm to tell us the pictures were ready. The store closed at 10pm and we were 30 minutes away. She knew what the pictures were for and she kept the store open for us so we could have the pictures for the service. I am so grateful for her compassion and exceptional customer service. “Since my review years ago the place has improved quite a bit. Staff is generally more engaging and the shelves are well stocked. Meat section is not the best though; we usually purchase meat and fish at K&8 nearby.”
