“It’s started as a random google search in the early evening hours looking for the nearest UPS location that carry boxes big enough to fit in a printer of 18x24x19 ( WxDxH) weighted 60pounds. I found Pigeon Post in Attleboro. I called and spoke with a gentleman, I proceeded to described what I needed and he suggested that I come in person to the store right away; but it was early in the evening so I settled in to go first thing in the morning instead. Once I got there, the experience took a turn for the better. George was very attentive, customer service at its best and more importantly kindness and efficiency were in full display throughout. Knowledge is everywhere, the issue is some people know how to share it better than others. In business is not about making money its rather know how not to lose money. If you are in need of the type of service they're offering, I would advise that you stop by and wouldn't be disappointed.”
“The thr entire staff was polite and helpful and a spcial thanks to the print specialist who was absolutely fantastic going the extra mile to assist me with my needs and make sure everything was perfect and it was at the last minutes of the day were usually people are tired and agitated but this was not the case absolutely outstanding service and this is now my home store I will be back for all my printing and shipping needs. Thanks UPS you are the best”

“Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”

“Gone to this place a handful of times no issues gave them my packages and left. Returns went smoothly. Nice small business with kind employees. If you go there and have a horrific experience with a pretty basic process then you are probably the problem.”
“Stopped in today to send out some Christmas cards. The line was almost out the door, but in typical fashion the works got everyone taken care of quickly and efficiently. Every time I've gone to this location it has been a positive experience. The worker are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and any review on here that claims otherwise is just dead wrong. I moved about 15 minutes away this past year and still travel to this specific location when I need postal services because of the workers they have. Keep up the great work, you are appreciated!”

“Russell, out Mail Carrier, does a great job. Postal service often has Carriers do double routes. Post office workers in our town are friendly and helpful. Not sure why people are complaining. It is a classic small town post office with great front-line employees”

“I was out of town at a business show and realized that I had left my business cards at home. The show was to start at 3:30 PM. I went into the Staples store in Providence, RI. The young man said let's look at what you need. After sending him the format that I needed he said we can do that. I said the show is today at 3:30 and it was 9:00 AM. He said we can have the business cards ready by 2:00 PM. Well guess what, they were ready by 1:00 PM. The customer service, product quality, and price I got were unbeatable.”
“I went to return something, mail something out & to buy some stamps. I entered the post office only to find the area where the registers are blocked off by a metal gate. A lady walked out of a side door and informed us that the clerk had called out and another one would be there in 10 min or more. I chose to wait and I’m glad I did! A clerk walked in and quickly opened a register. Komla was his name (I asked because in his haste to help us he hadn’t pinned his name tag on yet). He was jolly and prompt and efficient yet patient enough to inform me of different options for what I was mailing. Komla’s customer service is above and beyond!”
“A clerk here saved my life today. Very efficient and helpful. I had a notice left to pick up a package but the notice had no information on it and had this post office’s address on it, even though I think we usually go through the other downtown post office. The woman checked the computer and called around and found the package at the other post office. They close early so I will have to go tomorrow and end this saga, but I am so grateful to her!”

Was having issues with a package and was pretty upset but Jessica turned my day around with her compliments and generosity. “I have to say, this place has never disappointed me. Even on busy days when the line is outside the door, the staff is super friendly and efficient. They always advise me on the best methods and packaging to ship my items, and deliver service with a smile. Most importantly, they are open most of the time when you would need to mail a package. So instead of driving to the other UPS Store, which appears abandoned, come here instead and ship your stuff with efficiency!”
