I was actually referred to BJ's Optical by my eye doctor who told me that even he and his wife get their glasses from them and I can see why. You can't beat the price, there's a great choice of frames and the staff is very informative and courteous. They take the time to address your needs and concerns and are just so pleasant to work with. And the service was fast - I got my glasses within a week! I am very satisfied with my experience with BJ's Optical and I love my new glasses! So glad I took my eye doctor's advice and I will definitely refer other people to BJ's Optical or their glasses.

Great friendly and effective staff! Eye exam was thorough and less expensive than my regular place. Got the glasses I wanted ordered in minutes. Super team here.

Alex and his team are amazing. Very helpful, and willing to stay a couple of minutes past closing to help out our situation with my daughter. Very grateful, they we’re able to get us in quickly for an exam and resolve our needs.

Awful experience the whole examination was virtual. The woman on Skype was rude and impatient. When glasses arrived they felt uncomfortable and gave me headaches. It was a waste of time and money. Had to go elsewhere to get a new prescription and the glasses were a loss.
