“If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position where you’re shopping for a reliable and professional place that will do a quality collision repair, at least you can rest knowing that you need not look any further. I took my Acura RDX here after it had received some pretty significant front end damage to the point where it was barely driveable. Peter arranged for it to be towed the same day and reassured that all I would pay at the end is my deductible. At first I was dumbfounded and skeptical, but I’m so glad I can look back and say that it was completely unnecessary to feel that way. It ended up being that simple and they did a great job on my vehicle and returned it to me in polished condition. This place is exactly what they advertise and more!”

“Honda CRV’s ac was blowing warm on driver’s side and cold on passenger side. Took to J&S on Pontiac last year and they installed a new blend door. Car still blew warm. They then told me it needed a total repair and quoted 4K! I said no way and drove it as is for the rest of the summer. A friend recommended Park Ave Auto so I decided to get a second opinion from them. Chris was honest and straightforward and said he would have his technician do an assessment.Long story short, they replaced the expansion valve for $588 and the ac is working like brand new! Can’t recommend them enough! Excellent customer service and they were wonderful communicating all through the process.”

“Awesome experience with Gershkoff. My car got hit in a parking lot and sustained damage to the left side of the rear bumper. Val and Bobby took care of me with an attention to detail that made me feel like part of the family. “Being a woman walking into a car place can be tough for me because a lot of places have tried to rip me off. But not here! As soon as I walked into the place I felt like I was family. Me with my blonde moments I totally forgot to ask the guy for his name but I assume he's the owner of the place. He's one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. Gave me his best advice and he wasn't wrong. I had a dual muffler delete, everything is stainless steel and the tips that came with it are just beautiful ? the cost of it is nothing to complain about. I thought it would be more.
Oh and I forgot to mention... I got there on a Friday around 11am, he was able to get the car in the same day and when I called to check on it around 4:30pm (because sometimes my car likes to give me surprises) I was told that they weren't leaving until my car was done.

“Xpert Auto has this customer for life. On the 17th at another auto shop I went for oil change and to check a humming noise on my vehicle. Afterwards they wanted over $1000 for oil change and a RT wheel barring. As well as other things not included in the $1000 price. I was leaving for a family camping trip the following day, they told me they couldn’t do all the work that day. I randomly called numerous mechanics in the area and fell upon Xpert. I talked with Keith, who must’ve heard the panic in my voice, as I was set to leave for a 5hr drive for camping trip the following day. Keith somehow scheduled me in the same day, while he didn’t work on my car specifically he was the behind the scene guy just helping out a panicked gal. After dropping my vehicle off a few hours later it was done. To my surprise not only did the RT wheel barring need replacing but the humming noise was the LT side. While due to time the LT couldn’t be done same day it wasn’t the same issue as the RT. Keith gave me a price less than half that of the original mechanics price and assured me that he’d honor the price for the LT side. I made my trip safely, and today the LT side was fixed with no gimmicks/ price increases. My heart has never been fuller than to have found a place that cares about their customers like Xpert, thank you so much to the mechanics and Keith for everything.”

“I appreciate the lady working the desk she was kind. Not sure if she’s the one that also answers the phone but the phone call lady was nice too. The downside I have here is I know shops want some money but having to come in with what I already got diagnosed for as a problem and having a two hour appointment to later be told the problem I knew already. And then asked to come in at a later date for said problem to be fixed was a bit of a hassle especially having to pay for what I already knew and not having it fixed then. I’m struggling myself financially in this economy and it just would have been nice to be listened to so that the extra payment and hours of time to check something could have been avoided. Then the time could be used for all the other customers. I know the place sees a lot of business. There are many many happy reviewers. Just something to keep in mind for the future and to be mindful of the fact that everyone is struggling right now. Other than that I didn’t really find any issues with customer service overall and thought the mechanics and front desk lady were nice.”
