Judy, who helped me schedule my move, was very responsive and very helpful. The rate was also very reasonable, especially for the amazing service! Bob and Carlos were like a machine! They were incredibly efficient, fast, professional, and very gentle with my belongings. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

The most professional movers I have ever worked with. From the scheduling with Judy to the physical move with Manny and Nick — the whole experience was so great. The guys were really flexible when the piece didn't fit in the elevator and they maneuvered an all glass cabinet down 5 flights of stairs, delivering without a scratch. An amazing team!

In short: Your Move is hands down the best moving company that my family has ever worked with. I wish I could rank higher than 5 stars. We will 100% use them again!Details: The Your Move team was so friendly and careful from the initial quote and estimate through the actual moving process. My wife and I have a 2 year old son that was very curious about the moving process and their staff was so friendly with him during the entire day. Moving in general is never easy, especially with a toddler, but Your Move was it so easy and seamless from end-to-end. We have a lot of delicate and fragile things that they were more than careful with when lifting on loading into the trucks. Whomever you are readying this, I hope you go with Your Move as they're wonderful people that will make sure you're happy in the moving process.

I needed something moved on very short notice and it required picking furniture up from somewhere and then delivering it to my home -- approximately 40 miles away. I called Your Move. They fit me into their schedule, gave me the time they would arrive to pick the items up and estimated time to drop them off. They picked everything up on time -- we even added a few extra pieces -- and they arrived at my house within the specified time and brought everything in and set it up where I asked. They couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely use them again!

This is the worst moving company I have ever used. Please think twice. Their quote seemed amazing and now I understand why people say cheaper is not always cheaper. Their quote was for 5-6 hours with three movers at $150 an hour. I had a few other moving companies that I was talking to, but my friend personally referred me to this company, and no one could beat that rate. The company came to my house and did a walk through for the quote. He saw everything I had in the house, which I mostly moved everything but furniture, myself. And we went through a detailed list of what they would actually be moving, since I planned to do most of it myself. The list of items that they actually did move was less than what I had on their the day of the move. So, the day of the move came. All seemed ok at first. Pretty much all but four furniture items were out and I told them the couches will only fit out the back door. I am 9 months pregnant and had to go rest, but was wondering why the trucked wasn't ready to go (my fault for not micromanaging them) and come to see that they have my couch wedged in the stairway of the front door. I told them that I specifically told you the couch could not go through the front door, so they told me it doesn't fit out the back. I said that is the way it came in, so we went back to the back door they tried again. It doesn't work, so then after a half hour of talking about how it doesn't work they decided they should turn it upside down and try again. Oh, magically that worked. Then the other piece didn't fit because of the railing. So I simply suggested they take the railing off. Well, come to find out, they charged me an extra hour to take the railing off, which took 5 minutes to take off and 5 to put back on, while I watched. When I got to my new house, I did tell the original guy who quoted me that I was on the first floor, come to find out I'm actually on the second floor, so that part was my fault, but they stated I'm on the third floor. My apartment number is 26. Its the second floor. The third floor is numbered in the threes. So they get my furniture in and I see one of my bureaus is damaged. So after, all was done, I was almost two hours over quote with damaged furniture. I'm thankful I moved as much stuff myself that I did. The company offered me a measly $50 for my damaged furniture and told me a quote is just a quote. So after spending almost $300 more than I was quoted and now had damaged furniture, I go out side hours later to find that they left my toolbox outside. They were using it to prop the door open and when they left, they simply kicked it out of the way to shut the door, and left it out on the curb. Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would have rather used the more expensive company and I probably would have paid less and wouldn't have damaged furniture.

I was referred to Your Move from a friend and was extremely satisfied with the experience. From telephone conversations to online experience to the actual move everything was handled professionally. If I was told to expect a call - it happened. The appointment for the estimate was kept on time. The fee was very reasonable. The movers arrived on time and worked swiftly and safely. They moved my WHITE sofa bed without a single mark on it and everything else was moved without any damage at all. My first time working with a professional mover and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks again, guys!
