Beautiful flowers, excellent service! Have ordered twice online in the last month and both times arrangements exceeded expectations!

Caitlin came highly recommended and she did not disappoint! I wanted someone skilled and creative for my daughter’s big haircut and Caitlin fit the bill. Not only did she exceed expectations for the haircut but she was so sweet with both of my kids. She was so easy to talk to and so kind! Plus, her prices are great which is always a bonus. I would (and will) recommend Wild Folk to everyone!

We loved working with Caroline - she does amazing work and created the most beautiful arrangements, bouquets, and wreaths. She was able to take my ideas and inspiration images and turn them into exactly what I envisioned. Would highly recommend!!

I had a simple and pretty vague idea for flowers and Wildfolk absolutely exceeded my expectations to make my outdoor summer wedding in the Berkshires perfect. She executed bringing the lush greens from the scenery into the tent. My bridesmaids dresses were floral and Caroline was able to work with the busy fabric and her bouquets still stole the show. She was a true professional from the moment we sat to discuss if we were a fit for each other through the day of where she ensured my mother stopped cleaning and took a shower! Can’t say enough.

Wildfolk did an amazing job with the flower arrangements at our wedding. We probably met with half a dozen florists before choosing to go with caroline, and I'm so glad we did. She made the process extreamly easy, and it's true what they say, happy wife happy life.

Caroline was amazing. So thankful we go to work with her. Everything turned out perfect. I told her what I wanted/ what we envisioned and she nailed it on the head. Everything was absolutely beautiful. She was professional and responsive and so easy to work with. Caroline made the planning process and the day of the wedding so easy. 10/10 recommend.

I used Wildfolk for my Memorial Day Weekend wedding, and despite having several other events to attend to on such a busy weekend, my wedding was perfectly executed. She was on time, assisted with delivery and set up outside of her usual contracts, and everything arranged exactly as we discussed. My wedding went off without a hitch.

There was never any question who we would choose to do the flowers for our wedding. Caroline from Wild Folk Studio was the first person I reached out to after we got engaged. I just couldn't imagine our big day without her stunning work. We knew we wanted a whimsical, romantic, natural feel for our wedding, and her flowers were perfect for that.

when i got engaged, as soon as we set the date, the FIRST thing i did was email caroline and ask her to do my wedding flowers. i had read an article about her in "boston" magazine earlier that year and knew as soon as saw the pictures of her arrangements that i wanted her to do my wedding. she has a style that is similar to sarah rhyanen of saipua, which is to say that her flowers are dreamy, gorgeous, and look a bit wild, like they were freshly picked that morning. her arrangements are effortless and not at all tight or stuffy -- she combines wildflowers and foraged greenery with lush blooms and unusual textures and shapes. she's a natural talent at what she does.

Really bad communication. Emailed and messaged her a bunch and she straight up ignored me. She left me on read after saying she’d do my bouquet. I was so excited to work with her too because her work is beautiful. Do not expect a prompt response to any inquiries.

Worst communication skills. So unprofessional, takes forever to reply. This is a wedding we're planning, you have to be prompt. Don't expect a fast response to an inquiry. I waited a month and then when she finally responded I had to chase her down asking her if she could still do what she agreed to do and she left me on read.

Leading up to the big day, Caroline created a vision for my flowers and kept the lines of communication open. She was flexible around changes I wanted to make and was able to provide suggestions to what I was looking for. Day of, she found a way to incorporate an important piece of jewelry into my bouquet for me, and made my flowers even more special. The flower girls LOVED their flower crowns and she made them feel like little princesses (all five of them). I would absolutely recommend Wildfolk florals for any event!

I met up with Caroline in the evening after work for the first time, and at that point, I was still a bit scattered with all of the details. She really helped me to focus in on my vision, and I walked away from our meeting having a much clearer picture of what I wanted. Caroline followed up after our meeting with a detailed proposal of everything we had talked about along with a vision/inspiration board that perfectly summed up the palette and the feeling of the flowers that we discussed. Caroline and I communicated often throughout the planning process. Our wedding was almost two years after we first met and came up with the initial proposal, so quite a few things changed. She was so flexible and accommodating with the changes that we made towards the end, and updated our contract so that everything reflected our needs. I also had a few last minute crazy ideas, which she was completely open to, but always helped me to focus back to my initial vision. Caroline also helped us pick out really lovely, aged terra-cotta vases along with votives that tied everything together. The day of our wedding, she traveled over two hours to our venue. Our venue was a bit of a challenge to work with, as they only allowed an extremely tight window for vendors to set up. I was blown away with what Caroline and her team accomplished in such a short period of time. There were so many beautiful details throughout our entire venue, greenery and candles on fireplaces, in alcoves and on tables, flowers displayed on welcome signs, our menu board and seating chart. Even a little sprig on every napkin. Simply stunning. And of course, the arrangements and my bouquet were just amazing. Caroline made our neutral color palette come to life, not only with fresh gorgeous blooms, but texture and details to make every arrangement truly unique and elegant. We were told by many of our guests and even our vendors that the flowers were the most beautiful they had ever seen. Caroline is truly a master at what she does and such an artist. She really takes the time to understand her clients, their goals, and the surroundings of the venue to create harmony and pure magic. I also really appreciate her dedication to using in season flowers and to support local vendors. The focus that she has on the details makes a huge impact in her work. I'm excited to say that two of my friends are using Wild Folk Studio for their upcoming weddings, and I will continue to recommend Caroline to anyone I know.

First negative Yelp review I have ever felt the need to do. Being a wedding vendor (photographer) myself - this is a first for me (and many others I have spoke with). HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and UNPROFESSIONAL. We paid Caroline over $15,000.00 for our wedding and she completed 75% of what we agreed upon on her proposal/contract! To name a few: My Grandmother and Mother-in-law didn't have their floral wristlets to walk down the aisle with, the 7 flower girls had ZERO flowe petals to walk down the aisle with, tent floral installation, wreath for our house, floral collar for my dog, my flower crown was falling apart and thrown together at the last minute. My coordinator ended up arranging the last dining table for the reception because Caroline was using it as her work table minutes before the reception. She also used someone that we hired for odds and ends for the wedding day to assist her with her florals. Our separate cocktail tent was supposed to have bud vases, candles, succulents, etc. - she never even ENTERED the cocktail tent. She also forgot a flower crown for my bridal shower that my sister paid for and has yet to hear anything back from her on that. Unfortunately her work is stunning, but Caroline is beyond unprofessional. We have requested reimbursement for all of the items she did not complete and she HAS NOT REPLIED to any emails or calls. It's been over 3 months since our wedding. I would not recommend hiring Wildfolk as you may not get what you agree upon or pay for more importantly.

I worked with Caroline on an editorial shoot and her work is beyond design. Her color waves and understanding of depth is incredible. She's imaginative, incredibly organized and a pure joy to work with! I would happily give her all the creative freedom and know she'd come out with something I couldn't dream of. Don't think twice about working with Caroline!
