Their online ordering is really fast and efficient. The flowers I had delivered to my friend were very similar to the photos online. That is not the case for a lot of places but this place did not disappoint.

I ordered flowers for my Mom's funeral. The sprays were exactly as pictured on their website (or better). They were breathtaking. The arrangement of the flowers, the colors, everything...I was so pleased! I took one of them home to hang on my front door. This picture was taken after the spray had been handled, and tossed in a car, and taken for a bumpy ride home...and still lovely! I can't recommend them more highly.

I ordered the mini dish garden for a friend who was starting a new job with same-day delivery and not even a couple hours later, it was already delivered to her! Exactly as pictured, very beautiful. Fantastic experience with Wagner Floral Designs!

Worst customer service by an owner!!I'd give NO stars if I could. I complained about a delivery I sent to my Mom for Mother's day; Tracy took my call and stated that Mr. Wagner would pick up the flowers and give me a credit. I explained that I didn't want a credit I wanted my Mom to have flowers for Mother's Day. Mr. Wagner himself got on the call and wouldn't bring new flowers, insisting on picking up the old ones and giving me a credit - when I was explaining my complaint he started to yell at me. Needless to say, that's he last time I order flowers from there.

Wagner Floral Designs has been my go-to florist since I moved to Somerville. Not only for convenience but because of the beautiful arrangements, willingness to accommodate requests, and the excellent staff! They did a fabulous job preparing arrangements I had requested for an engagement party. They were also quick to let me know that they didn't have a specific type of flower that was pictured and proposed an alternative instead.They also usually have a nice selection of house plants! Can't recommend them enough.
