The store is neat and clean. Most important part make it stand out because the great service. Especially, the assistant Neilson in this UPS store is awesome! He is kind and really willing to help customer solve problems. Really appreciate the supportive customer service in the community!

All the employees at this UPS are lovely, but I especially need to give them this 5 star review because they helped me carry a giant heavy package out of my car for an Amazon return. I could barely carry the package myself so I truly appreciate the kind help they offered!

In this place there is a girl, I don't know her name, but she was quite rude, she doesn't say hello and she is very rude, so they can locate her, she has a red hair

The packing tape sold here is absolutely useless, very thin and splits immediately. I understand this operator is likely required to sell it in their franchise agreement and not allowed to sell decent tape, but nothing leaves a customer with a bad taste more than having to just throw away a just purchased product.
