If I could give zero stars I would! My sister, son and I parked in front of this store to run into a small local business on the next block. The owner came out like a lunatic, not wearing a mask and proceeded to scream at us to not park in front of his store. I told him to "simmer down" and he gave me the middle finger and was say f@ck you to us!

It's not a convenience in this day and age if the manager hasn't the least idea how to use a credit card reader. Frustrating and time-wasting experience this morning when I tried to buy a bunch of cold, single serve fruit juices for an employer meeting with my corporate card en route to that meeting and this was the first place I saw. I had asked him if the amount would be OK and it certainly was. I bought everything and then stood in line behind someone buying 10 scratch tickets and being allowed to play them individually instead of getting out of the way. I should have started my morning by going down the street to Market Basket, but I thought I was getting 'convenience.' The guy didn't understand how Citi MasterCard chip cards without PINs - which is what my employer provides - are supposed to work. It isn't at all complicated. Really, he wouldn't shut up spouting the wrong information and like a chump I wasted even more time reshelving everything when i should have just said, sorry, can't stay. Ultimately I hit a different convenience store, P&K on Beacon and Museum, which was not at all technology-challenged, but the T&C nonsense made me really late for the meeting and certainly means they won't see my business again.
