My first visit went so well, thanks to Fola! She was extremely helpful and attentive to all my questions. I was able to get all my laundry done without any issues! Thank you so much Fola!

Best laundromat around. Wash-fold is much more customized than any other service. All things considered, it is better than rinse. Sure, there are other wash-folds that are less expensive, but they don't deliver. They don't sort. They don't text you back.

Nice, cozy and clean community laundromat. My cat peed on my luggage/ packed clothing before my long flight to Boston - so had to do deep cleaning. He’s grounded. Anyway, the place only accept their laundry card and you need to pay $2 for non refundable card. Each load cost $4:25 for 25 min cycle and drying cost 0.75 for 15 min cycle. It’s convenient for me as I stayed near Harvard side which is a plus point, 10 min away. Overall, a convenient place. There is a coffee place 150 m down the road

Machines out of order, barely any were available. And then when I went to pay for the laundry card the card reader wasn't working. So had to leave and go to a different one

Pleasant atmosphere, well-maintained machines, never too busy (at least the couple times I've gone). I have a tiny portable washing machine in my apartment, but when I need to do big loads I head over to Sweet Laundry. I love that they have cards you can load up with money so you don't have to deal with coins!

Great job hours. Works with a laundry card that can be purchased on site with a debt/credit card. Soap, however, available with coins only (no machine to convert bills/credit card into coins). No sink.

One of their machines took my money but didn’t start. There was no one around to help so the machine stole my money, but I reached out and they reimbursed the money.Note: they will not give you a refund to your original method of payment, only to your laundry card.

EDIT: at my most recent trip, I noticed that several of the washers have copious amounts of mold growing inside. So be careful about the machine you use...Really great laundry spot. You do have to purchase a card to use the machines, but it’s only once and you don’t have to worry about having enough quarters, if the laundromat will have a working coin machine, etc. Prices are pretty comparable to other laundromats in the area

This is by far the nicest laundromat I've tried in the area. The prices are lower than my last place, plus it's CLEAN and every single machine appears to be in working order. The laundry carts have all 4 wheels working smoothly, which is rare. The owners clearly take pride in this place and maintain it exceptionally well. The machines here use a custom card, which you can buy for $2 from a vending machine and reload with either cash or credit. No quarters required. The smaller machines (which are still quite large) cost $4.50, while the bigger machines are $7.50. The dryers are 75¢ per 15 minutes. No music or TV is playing, and there's WiFi available. There are a few seats and folding stations for customers. A vending machine with detergent is also available.

Great place. No Longer have their pickup/drop-off service though, pretty unfortunate. Still good for washing your clothes though, just used to be optimal w/ the other options.

Have gone here a few times and I really like that you can load value onto a card so you don't have to manage a ton of quarters, but I also noticed a lot of mold growing in the rubber door seals in the washers. Kinda gross.

Nice, efficient, and clean. One has to get a card (2 dollars for a new one) and use it for the machines. I was originally planning to leave my clothes since I'm only visiting but there wasn't anybody, maybe because it's Sunday, though the sign in the picture says now it's self-service only. In the end I washed and dried in about an hour.

Lovely staff, clean facilities, clear communications with your dry cleaning. Once I had my clothes washed and folded and, due to construction fumes in the adjacent building, my clothes came out smelling off. I let them know and they readily re-washed, dried and folded without hesitation.
