My experience at Swank Seconds was totally fun. The owner brought me all of the clothes that I told her I needed and we had a great personal shopping experience. She is very knowledgeable about the clothes (shoes, hats accessories as well), their material and the brands as well as helping me decide what looked best. She held the store open after hours for me and as I have lost 20 pounds (and needed smaller size clothing) I found a great summer wardrobe. I'll be back in the fall!

She asked me lots of question like what is your wife's favorite color how tall is she what color eyes and hair does she have . by the time she was done she help me pick out the perfect gift , My wife loved the Earings and scarf that I got her . I cant say enough good thing about my experience but they ar enumber one in my book

Realized gate-keeping this hidden gem isn’t worth it - give Swank your business so it’s around for years to come, folks! Most well-curated goods of any resale shop I’ve experienced in the Boston/Camberville area.

This is easily the best place to buy women's clothing in Davis Square. My friend came to Boston for a reunion weekend and the airline lost her bags and all she had were the sweats she arrived in. In 40 minutes we were able to recreate an entire wardrobe for her here. Brunch outfits, fancy night out, day dresses, even a fantastic pair of jeans. Not to mention shoes for each outfit. There was a huge variety of nice to high end brands, everything was clean and well organized by size and type, and the prices were beyond reasonable. We weren't shopping for professional clothing, but there were also a ton of nice (Elie Tahari, etc) jackets and other work clothes. All very contemporary and wearable. If I lived in the area, I'd be a regular. We went to Buffalo Exchange first and didn't find anything worth buying between all the crop tops and stained skirts. (If that has you assuming we're over 30, you are correct.)

Great local store. Coco’s so engaging and Bella’s good company. I wish I have found the store sooner so I could’ve refreshed it in a more economical manner. I’m definitely coming back. She’s got a good eye for buying.

This is for the obnoxious store clerk today. I love going to Swank, or at least of used to. First time back since before Covid, so I was super excited to go, browse and shop! Upon entering, a person was standing in the front with coat on, backpack and was on his phone. I thought he was a customer until I saw him head to back of shop and go behind the counter. He started playing some music on his phone and I went back to browsing. I found a cute sweater, asked if I could use dressing room and went in and tried it on. Loved it and was going to find a cute skirt to wear with. Let me digress and say the store is small. No hiding. I had a teeny purse around my shoulders. The clerk kept staring at me, then came out from behind the counter and was literally following me around. I got super uncomfortable being in there and hung the sweater back up amd walked out. He then followed me outside and said "umm, ma'am where did you hang the sweater back up?" I was like "on the rack with the other sweaters. Why?" He said "I need to know where it is. I walked back in. Annoyed as hell and said "here". He said "oh. Ok". I said "did you think I stole it??" And he said, very nervously, "uh, no. Was just checking ". Screw you. I gave you absolutely ZERO reason to give you any suspicion and you ruined my entire experience of why I love thrifting there. Peace out!

First of all, the selection here is amazing and the owner was a complete gem as I tried to find "just the right" top while being delirious and ramble-y from hunger. This is clearly a well curated shop and I loved it too much not to give the selection and experience 5-stars. Even at the risk of having the secret awesomeness of this place get out.
