I come here all the time and I handed the cashier a $10 bill for a purchase of $4. I didn't notice that he only handed $1 instead of $6 and came back about 25 minutes later. He lied and said he remembered how much he gave me back. He said he would check the register and then changed his mind and said he couldn't check after another customer in the store left and said that I must have "lost the money". I will never be coming back.

Terrible place to visit..good thing they are selling the place..always rude to your customers...lived in somerville for 15 years...hoping for good management and better customer knowledge..coz new owners comes and go but we live there and we expect better customer service..that's all we asking.?

DO NOT shop here or order here. They advertise prices on Uber/DoorDash and then increase them once the order is placed. They don't ask for authorization, the just take more money than what you agreed to pay. On the phone, they're rude, mean and never admit fault. Awful store, with terrible employees run but awful people. Stay away.Update: Uber told me that they're in charge of the prices. Either way, it's their responsibility. When I called, no refund was offered. Just rudeness.

My experience with Sullivan Square Liquors was terrible. They advertised one delivery price on Uber, but when my order arrived, they charged me a higher price without my consent. They didn't even bother to inform me beforehand. I felt deceived and taken advantage of.It's disappointing to see a business engage in such deceptive practices. Customers have the right to know the exact amount they'll be charged before placing an order. I can no longer trust Sullivan Square Liquors after this experience, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a really bad experience with Sullivan Square Liquors. They advertised one price for delivery on Uber, but when my order arrived, they had charged me a higher price without my authorization. They didn't even bother to inform me of the change beforehand. I felt cheated and taken advantage of. It's really disappointing to see a business engage in such deceptive practices. Customers deserve to know the exact price they'll be paying before they make a purchase. I can't trust Sullivan Square Liquors after this experience, and I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on. In my opinion, it's important to support businesses that value honesty and transparency. Unfortunately, Sullivan Square Liquors doesn't seem to be one of them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who values their money and wants to be treated fairly as a customer.

I have ordered delivery 2 times, has taken more than an hour and never come, and website says 30 minutes if you can’t deliver within the time frame just don’t put it, and on top of not delivering on time, they don’t answer. Also says you can order via WhatsApp the number is non-existent there.

Had my daughter get me a bag of ice and when she came home said they have a floor model freezer filled with ice out of the bags they sell from Artic ice, Hand you an opened ice bag you fill yourself then charge you $3.00 for a bag with 3lbs of ice. Isn't this unsanitary? I find it disgusting! I am returning the bag of ice with my daughter in the morning, went to another store when she returned 2 minutes later , I was so mad I would have been rude about it. This is unacceptable and will be making a complaint on this store.
