Whoever runs the bakery needs to lay off the heat in the oven. Every single box of cookies is over cooked or burnt. I just bought a box of the chocolate chip cookies with Hershey's and theyre hard as a rock. This has been an issue for a while and it's getting very irritating wasting my money on something that isn't made correctly.
There were 6 containers of sugar cookies in the discount section because they were overcooked. Y'all want to charge per flimsy paper bags but waste so much money by not putting out quality products. The person who makes the cookies needs a refresher course on baking because they are costing the company so much by ruining and wasting food.

I like the order and pick up.
It's free, and fairly quick for them to bring out to your car.
Very convenient and easy.
I probably sacrifice a little with the produce as they are not as picky as the consumer. But if you're not happy, they will take care of you.

Too many expired food,milk items.Not one of the better Stop and Shops.I only go to this one for convenience, sometimes,.and the milk refrigerator is missing a door,for a month now..poor management.

Thank you for making things right when I brought back the turkey.My family bought a fresh turkey, and it stinks, literally. The sell by date is tomorrow, and now today on Thanksgiving, we have no turkey. There's no way to salvage the day. What I don't understand is why the pack date is a 2 full weeks before the sell by date. Even deli turkey (that has tons of preservatives) has a limit of 7-10 days.Not only was the turkey bad, but the sweet potatoes are shriveled.We're all together for the first time and sad that there's no turkey or sweet potatoes. I'm bringing back them to the store tomorrow.

Freezers are not to temp and constantly defrosting. Freezer burn on the outside of boxes really shows how bad it is. Doors to freezers left open further dropping the quality and when i told the staff they said they knew about it...but they were just as bad the next time I visited. I have no clue how the health department doesn't shut them down when the cabinets are at 48 degrees F!I cannot stress enough to the management of this location you need to run a better location. I can't feed my family from here due to the fact food is often out of date or the freezers are completely de-thawed.To anyone reading this, the star market in porter square is an option and so is the whole foods 3 minutes away.

Not a large selection, with prices that are a bit disagreeable. But very conveniently located with otherwise a satisfying experience.
