The lack of customer service & professionalism in this store is sad. Today, around 1:45 I arrived at the store & the 2 associates lacked proper skills. No greeting as I entered the store. I saw 3 pairs of beautiful shoes I wanted to purchase but no one helped me. When I approached the counter around 2:15pm, the brunette looked at me, turned her head & continued her FaceTime call at the register. The gentleman there w a short haircut was so rude. As I was trying on shoes, sitting down looking in the mirror, he crossed me twice without saying excuse me. It wasn’t until I was done w/ the atmosphere that I decided to take my money somewhere else. Upon getting ready to put the shoes back instead of leaving them, he offered to put them away & SNATCHED them from me. Currently 2:22pm outside of the store typing this review. AMAZING SELECTIONS but not enough to deal w/ the rude associates

Just arrived at the store at 5:45pm, caring my son in my arms, came here at Assembly exclusively to go in this store, and they told me it was already closed. So annoying. Shoes are ok though.

Mason has great customer service, is super friendly and cares about the customer. I was looking for some boots they didn’t have my size he called different stores and he was able to find what I was looking for also he let me know about some promotions that the store had and I was able to take advantage of them. Thank you Mason great customer service

If I could give 0 star I would. Very unprofessional staff. Today I went there shopping with friends and they made us feel like thieves . One of the boxes near the place where we were trying the shoes was empty, then the manager approached us asking where did we put the shoes with a bad manner. I regret the fact that I did not call the police . Also, my friend asked them to check the cameras but they didn’t. What an unprofessional staff.! They found the shoes and they have not even apologized.

I was running out of time to find a pair of heels and I knew I could come to Steve Madden to save me! With help I was able to find the perfect pair that went with both my outfits! Thank you!! I only wish I could've found a matching purse. Next time!

Great selection of shoes, they always have a great section of sale items. I love getting heels because my feet are super small in size 5 but sometimes pointy boot heels I can fit into a 7 1/2 depending on style of shoes. Definitely try on the shoes before you buy. Buy during the sales !!
