Never order online. Trust me you will have alot of trouble. Go pick your own groceries. I did it for weeks and every week you have to call to complain about the substitutions. And people on the phone are the rudest and don’t believe you because you call weekly to complain(REALLY NOT RECOMMENDING IT)

Went to get fish at 3 pm on Monday, the whole case is full of fish but not 1 employee there to help me except the security guard who followed me to the fish counter and stood there watching me. So I left empty handed.The worst supermarket in New England!

I usually shop there. Mostly out of convince.Prices are fair, but I find the variety lacking.The deli/prepared food section has gone through a significant improvement in the summer of 2023.

This store is a mess. Just walked away from a half full cart because yet again the store hasn't stocked half their inventory. Can never get everything I need when I come here.Their stock is a mess. I come here for the carb balance tortilla wraps and they are out every single time, but will have an overflowing amount of the smaller size that clearly no one is buying.Poorly organized and poorly managed.

If this is the generic response that you are going to send, then no, I won’t be shopping with Shaw’s or Star. If you are serious about keeping me as a customer, and I’ve been one for decades, you should probably have someone from the store contact me. It shouldn’t be up to me to contact the store.Last night I was in the Boston area and stopped into this location for a few items. I noticed they had some good deals with the mix/match must buy 5. When I finished shopping, I used the self checkout and when I saw the total, it looked too high. A clerk working the self checkouts stopped and asked me if everything was ok, so I told him I thought the total looked too high to me for the ten items I purchased. He looked at the pos screen and said everything looked good, so I swiped my charge and left. When I got to my car, I used my phone calculator to add everything up, and I found that I paid $7.82 more than I should have, so I took all of my items back in and went to the guy working the self checkouts. I explained to him that I added all of items up and that I paid over $7 more than I should have, so he looked at my receipt and sort of shrugged it off, almost as if I was trying to get an additional discount or something, or that I was incorrect about an item that I purchased as being part of the sale. I figured out that it was the sour cream that was part of the mix and match sale that caused the error, so instead of offering to go back to check the signage, he asked me to go back to do it, which I did with without complaint. I showed him the pic and told him that the sale ended on April 4, but the sign wasn’t taken down, not my problem and MA law requires the item be sold at the listed price. He offered to give me $7.70 back which was not the correct amount, and I told him that he would give me $7.82 back I wasn’t getting screwed, to which he laughed, so I asked what he was laughing about, and he told me he didn’t consider me paying $7.82 more than I should have as being screwed. I informed him that I wouldn’t be making donations to Albertson’s. He refunded the $7.82, but was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. At one point, he left me standing at the self checkouts so that he could give/receive candy bars or something to/from other employees, yucking it up and joking with them while I stood in front of other customers, waiting for a refund. I usually shop at Shaw’s and definitely won’t be going back to this store. It’s also messed up that some of the sale prices are higher in Star Market locations than they are in Shaw’s stores.

I encountered several issues with my online order through the application, including being charged on the wrong card instead of my EBT SNAP card, and not receiving several items I paid for. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues through customer service--via chat, phone calls, and in-person visit--I was given the runaround without any resolution. I was overcharged for incorrect items with a wrong card, and after a week of daily attempts to get help, my issue was still ignored..

Most of the food at the deli that's hot for lunch. Is completely over cooked. The chicken is so dry. I understand liability but it's just way over cooked
