I haven't been to a Staples Connect before, though I can guarantee I will start going more often. I came today to ship some items, but I saw a monitor that I have been interested in for a while now. The staff was great in helping me find information about this monitor, but who I found the most helpful was the cashier, Shirish. Shirish was super friendly, supportive and relatable. Not only was he super fun to talk with, but he was also able to answer all my questions and informed me of their coupons and app. In the end, Shirish was able to help me get a good deal on my monitor. I had a frustrating day at work, but Shirish honestly made my day a whole lot better.

This is my go to for copies, posters, professional prints. Their staff has always been helpful and friendly. Being located at Assembly Row is so convenient. I bought my laptop and printer from them too.

I stopped by to ask if they cut thick window film. The answer was yes, but their cutter was out of service so they sent me to the Fresh Pond. No dice. Fresh Pond was leaning towards rude and denied my window film cut request. Sassy-ish. Needless to say. I'm done with Staples. No real training of the staff means the customer suffers. Time wasted: 2.5 hours.

I purchased a $400 La z Boy office chair. There was a defect in the chair. I called Staples and they told me they were past the 14 days. I find this rather odd in that return policies are usually 30 Days. Given my experience, I will not return to Staples due to their return policy of 14 days. A $20 coupon does not cut it.

I needed to fax some documents so today I decided to go walking from home to nearest Staples store, it was a nice day for a walk. Coming North from Medford crossing the bridge I arrive at Assembly Row only to be surprised by the amount of literal shit covering the grass, sidewalks and parking lot I mean, just unbelievable... Granted there were ducks hanging around whose probably are the culprit but please, get it together people, have someone clean these streets, we can't even walk without stepping on some undesirables. Also worth mentioning, kind of expensive to fax 3 sheets of documents.

Really sub par customer service at this location. Also, I just go to staples when I'm in a pinch to print somethings. Today's experience really will be my last. While I was printing I see something in the corner of my eyes it's a mouse ! I preceded to tell the store associate about the mouse lol ! In the most just care way said ok and let the mouse just sit there like wtf ! lol My printing already started so couldn't move machines. So , I just watched the mouse legit stand there for like no lie 5 minutes yes I was shocked as well lol.I also don't think they practice proper wiping and cleaning of the machines at this location. I am assuming each machine should be wiped down after use I did not see any sanitizer products available to do so. I will reframe from shopping at staples going forward.
