I came in today to purchase a printer and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. Devian was beyond helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Had a great experience at Staples, Somerville yesterday. Valeria, is someone that went beyond my expectations and was very helpful guiding me through the return of a broken printer to choosing a replacement. She was kind, and extremely patient.
