I love to come to the Somerville's credit union. The staff is always kind and very helpful. You should join because Joanne, Ron, Jason, Charlene, Charlie, Stacy are all wonderful people. And will help you anyway the can. So come and join.

Psa: Notary services are only provided to members. Usually try not to post negative reviews but the service here was flat out bad. Called ahead to be sure they offered notary services to non-members and was assured they did. Went down, paid for parking, and then, after checking in and waiting 15 minutes for the notary to be available, was told they would not help me because I was not a member. Still would not help even after I explained that I called and asked about this.

I arrived at the front doors at the same moment the employee was going to lock the door. He was happy to let me in to do my transaction while being courteous and helpful. They literally held the door open for me, where can you get that service?
