For the last seven years, I've been trying to cancel my membership. Every time I try I get the same runaround, oh this is the first time we've spoken to you. You need to do this, but we'll make an exception for you. 30 bucks a month, for 12 months, for seven years adds up. I could have used that money for better things. Stay away.
